North of Toulouse, in the Midi-Pyrénées, Camping Le Clos de la Lère has a friendly location in the vast countryside. Hidden between the spectacular regions of Tarn-et-Garonne, Lot and Aveyron, this is an interesting hiking paradise. The pretty village of Cayriech can be reached on foot from the campsite.
Between the green
The spacious pitches are situated on a street with trees and shrubs on either side. Campers who like to find a spot in the shade, have plenty of choice. The mobile homes, chalets and sturdy safari tents are situated between the touring pitches. There's no lack of privacy, as hedges demarcate the green camping pitches everywhere.
Heated swimming pool
The spacious and beautiful swimming pool at the front of the campsite is a wonderful place to sunbathe, swim laps or listen to the birds whistling in peace and quiet. The temperature is always nice thanks to the heated water. There are comfortable loungers under the cosy thatched parasols.
At the bar you can drop by in high season for a drink, an ice cream or a small snack. In the morning the smell of fresh baguette invites you to get your breakfast here. Feel like tasting something local? There are all kinds of local products in the shop. Once in a while the owner cooks something tasty and campers can join in.
Indulging in the great outdoors
Young children have plenty of room to play here. Of course there is a playground, but a trampoline also invites all sorts of tricks. Furthermore, a game of table tennis or table football are among the possibilities. If you really want to start the day sporty, take a tour on the fitness machines.
