Les Écureuils is a beautiful 4-star campsite ideal for families with children of all ages. This campsite is located close to the centre and the beach of the village of La Bernerie-en-Retz. This is an area famous for its large tidal movements and the beaches that stand clear of the water as a result. The highlight of the campsite itself is the water park.

Well-maintained pitches

The campsite is divided into two parts. In the front part, most of the pitches are not far from the sanitary building. The pitches in the rear part have more shade thanks to the many trees. On this campsite, which also has a variety of mobile homes, chalets and lodge tents, you will mainly meet many French families with children.

Generous aquatic area

At this campsite, you can be sure that you will lack for nothing in terms of swimming pleasure. There are two spacious outdoor pools, a paddling pool and a real water playground. All pools are also heated. There is extra water fun thanks to the family slide and the water slide. Would you rather swim indoors? Then take a relaxing swim in the swimming pool, which is covered by a sliding roof. You can also swim in the sea, as the nearest beach is just a few hundred metres away.

Next to the water park there is a bar with pleasant outdoor seating where camping guests can relax and enjoy a snack and a drink. It is also possible to order takeaway meals.

"Campsite with family atmosphere, suitable for children of all ages. Everything in the village is 500 m away; market, supermarket, various shops, railway station and beach. The road next to the campsite is a car-restricted marked bicycle route. On 450 m walking path along the coast, southern: Sandy and flat, Northern: Rocky and wavy. Dogs allowed up to 10 kg."

Structure gonflable sale très sale (branche sable Dedans. Les enfants n ont pas pu en faire..
Prix pour 2 nuits assez cher au final pour ces services??

Liked - Nous partons toujours d habitude à l oceano d or et cette année j ai voulu changer d endroit !! Quelle déception !! L accueil déjà. Malgré que la personne parle bien le français, je la trouve très froide et détachée ! Pas dans l échange ! On nous annonce pas de club enfant, ni d animation ?? C est pour cela que je choisis groupe chadotel car il y a toutes ces prestations !!! Et là rien ???? On paye pour cela quand même !! Ils ont fait l effort d’ouvrir quand même le club enfant du mercredi ! Mais pas de soirée ! Dommage ! Grosse déception !

Disliked - Le personnel est très froid, il n'y a pas de supérette et il n'y avait aucune animation le samedi soir mais la surprise c'est une salle des fêtes collée avec de la musique jusqu'à 3h du matin

Disliked - Nous avions un emplacement pour notre camping car pour deux nuits, lors de la deuxième journée, nous sommes parti la journée pour visiter les environs. A notre retour, nous constatons que notre emplacement a été attribué à d'autre personnes de ce fait nous avons éprouvé notre mécontentement auprès de la direction Mr Puaud Olivier qui nous informe que nous aurions mieux fait de rester sur le camping afin de ne pas perdre notre emplacement, à ses dires nous avons décidé de quitter le camping, et Mr Puaud à refusé de nous remboursser la deuxième nuité.

Liked - les piscines sont vraiment bien même si nous n'avons pas pu en profiter pleinement à cause du temps.
Disliked - l'accueil froid et expéditif alors que nous ne sommes pas en pleine saison et un départ demandé à 9 h du matin c'est un peu rude
