Detail information about this campsite
"Family campsite with many activities for all ages. Busy so reservation is required certainly in the high season. Beautiful, shaded plots, luxury sanitary facilities. Campsite has a specially modified mobile home for disabled people for rent. On approx. 1.2 km nice, guarded, child friendly beach. Two village centres within walking distance. The on site restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spa open all year. Large campers of 7 m are accepted during the low season."

Stayed here for two nights.
This site is very wooded but with spacious \'scrubby/sandy pitches .
Very impressive swimming pools (but we wouldn\'t like to be here in the busy season!) and large bar area.
Nice area for walking/cycling
Probably would return here as quite nice area and handy after coming over the bridge.
In the ACSI book, this looks a very good site;on arrival, staff in the office: ok, but from here it went downhill.
found out that bar-restaurant closed on monday, no dogs allowed in the bar-restaurant, and the terrasse was classed as restaurant because it had winter covers on.had to sit outside the entrance of the restaurant, ordered the meal; the food arrived and was cold, expensive and poor quality. On tuesday, went to a local restaurant, open for lunch only, the food was fantastic, 4 courses meal with wine, cheaper than main course on this site. this local restaurant is called la guinguette (pets accepted); it is opposite the entrance of the municipal campsite. The toilet block cleaned at busiest time, and they are in need of renovation urgently NOW. Found water to be lukewarm even after 10 mns of running the tap or shower in the male section. Take away service stated on the campsite brochure that it is available from 5pm; told by staff only available from 7PM. Will not come back
The swimming pool made this holiday for us as the kids spent most of their time in it. The one big disappointment was the tent pitch size. We have a Montana 6 tent with extension requiring a pitch size of a minimum 100 sq m. Although they advertise these sizes the one we were given was 60 sq m (I even emailed them after booking with my tent dimensions). They offered alternatives and had to settle for one that was 80 sq m. Could not use the extension and also no room for the car either. For this reason I would not camp here again as they not only ignored my email request for a big enough pitch, they weren't concerned with helping as I was a first time customer. The several large pitches that were free at the time, I was told had been reserved by people who had been staying there for over 30 years. When they arrived they used only half the pitch with small pop up tents. A real waste. Shame as it spoils what otherwise is a very good campsite.
Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Their attitude to customer service was second to none.
Site provided everything we wanted.
Whowers were a little bit chilly.
just back after 10 days.We stayed in our camper van and had a good pitch, enough shade. The site was mostly French and most people were friendly. We had great weather. Disapointed with the shop not being open every day which meant we had to drive or walk to get fresh bread.About 20-25mins walk to either of the little villages, which had shops and some bars, The pool area was excellent we were lucky as it was quite and we could sit anywhere. Men must wear swimming trunks when on slides. Overall we would go back to this site
Stayed 3 nights with in-laws aged 87 and 82 who hired a bungalow on site which was very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bar provides 1 hour free Wi-Fi, if buying drinks.
A lovely site with a very helpfull staff. Our family were there in early June. In 2009 we'll be back with a larger part of our family.
