Liked - The area is stunning especially the Chateau and even more so when it was lit up at night. I also liked the swimming pool. A lovely facility although rather busy.
Disliked - I disliked having to wait until 2pm for entry in spite of registering in the morning at 11.30am. Toilets and showers could have been cleaner.

Liked - We took a pitch with private facilities which was very good.
Disliked - Pitch was too small and too close to neighbours. We must have one of the very few pitches which had direct sunshine almost all day which was a disappointment as we had booked months in advance and would have appreciated a pitch in the shade.

Liked - A return visit to this site as we know it has the elements that make a good holiday. Enjoyed the pool, including great aquagym sessions. Nice bar/restaurant and a programme of events in season. We had a large pitch in a good location. Reception staff are always very friendly, polite and helpful.
Disliked - Sinks full of dead mosquitoes is not pleasant in the mornings. Toilet facility cleaning times/ frequency varied a lot and quality of cleaning depended on who was doing the job - possibly a staff shortage issue?

Liked - We had to leave due to noise levels nd BBQs being lit in the small road next to our pitch. I complained twice and provided multiple videos. I was promised a refund as we left and stayed elsewhere but I still haven’t received it. A senior manager wrote it in a book it was for approx 870 euros. It was such a shame as we deliberately chose this site as it stated 5 on Zen. I didn’t want to leave a bad review as until this dangerous and noisy experience we were having a lovely stay. However 7 days on and no refund leaves me no choice.
Disliked - Waiting 7 days without a refund. Having to leave the site so I could transfer to a safe site that was Zen

Liked - This was the 5th time that I have enjoyed a holiday here. I very much like the location, close to the town and chateau,and close to shops etc. The mobile homes are always clean and comfortable.
Disliked - We did have a problem on this occasion.
This year I brought my elderly mum and dad on holiday with me. My dad is disabled and cannot walk.
I therefore booked the mobile home adapted to people with reduced mobility. I made the booking way back in April.
When I arrived at the site,I was told that the home had also been booked by someone else and we would have to use another home! I told your reception that this would be impossible due to my dad's disability.. The receptionist was very understanding and agreed we could have the correct home for the first night but we would have to vacate it afterwards! He would, however, try and contact his other client to see if they would be prepared to use another mobile home,allowing us to stay in the home that we originally booked.
We then had to wait for 30 minutes for the home to be cleaned before we could unpack and move in.
As you can imagine, this was a very stressful time for us all and it rather spoit our arrival at the site and ruined the start of our holiday as we were left wondering where we would be staying after our first night!
Fortunately, after a couple of hours, the receptionist returned and told us he had spoken to his other client and they had agreed to stay in alternative accommodation.
This was obviously a great relief to us and I would like to thank the receptionist again for his help in eventually sorting things out.
Thankfully, our holiday continued without problems, although the lack of any WiFi connection was a little inconvenient ,but I understand this was due to an earlier storm but it still shouldn't take over a week to repair.
