Travelling party: Couple
excellent campsite and surroundings with a lovely walk alongside the river into a very nice town. WARNING don\'t let your navigation device take you into town, turn off main road in front of the railway viaduct.

excellent site all round. only problem is if coming from the south d149 your tomtom will try and take you through town, dont go , cross the river Second turning left in Front of the Viaduct then follow Hippodrome signs (white )

I need to update re my previous comments 2 days ago. I discussed the noise issue with the reception lady in the morning and was told that this was not a regular occurrence and that the teenagers should not have been there. She told me that I should have let her know at the time as she slept on site, which I had not realised. I received an apology and we decided to stay with no further issue.

Travelling party: Couple
We are sitting in our motorhome in a lovely campsite on a spaceous pitch with the sound of local teenagers shouting and screaming loudly in the childrens play area and the incesant sound of a bouncing ball. This was evident on our return at 7pm from a cycle ride into the very pretty town of Sable Sur Sarthe. It is now
11pm and it appears to have ceased at last except for the bouncing ball. This has spoiled what should have been a very positive experience on our first and now only stay on this site. We will be leaving tomorrow despite being booked in for two days. I hope the management of this site read this and I will explain tomorrow. Great site ruined as I suspect this is not the first time this has happened on a Saturday night as they appear very at home.
