The Océano d'Or campsite, which is well organised and well-kept, is a good place for campers who like a friendly atmosphere and well-kept facilities. There is a large bar; the place to be for a snack, a drink and evening entertainment. The proximity of several white sandy beaches (Plage de Boisvinet) and nice seaside resorts (Jard-sur-Mer) also makes a wide public happy to spend their holidays here.

Camping on grass

The pitches for campers are separate from the mobile homes and chalets. They are spacious, flat pitches on a grassy surface. High, green hedges provide privacy, but there are also pitches with less shelter. The deciduous trees provide pleasant shade all day long. The campsite has four neat sanitary blocks.

Clean swimming pool with three slides

At the front of the campsite there is a large outdoor swimming pool. There is plenty of space to relax on one of the comfortable sunbeds. For children the three slides are a real attraction. They end up in a separate pool that is beautifully landscaped with rocks and plants. Next to the main pool there is a heated children's pool. There is also an indoor swimming pool where the youngest campers will also find a nice play area.

Beaches around the corner

The nearest beach is about twenty minutes' walk away. During the summer months you can get there by the free shuttle bus offered by the campsite.

Indoor or outdoor games

Next to a gym there is a sports field for a game of volleyball or basketball. Furthermore, young people can enjoy themselves in the large indoor area, with table tennis and billiard tables.

Liked - Mooie omgeving en lekker huisje met gezelligheid van de camping maar het gevoel van een appartementje
Disliked - Warm zonder airco, personeel kinder animatie was niet heel creatief

Liked - Dat we weer terug waren en dat het mail contact altijd vlot verloopt.
Disliked - Dat de toiletten en de douches niet zo schoon waren als andere jaren.
Maar ook dat de animatie en de receptie geen of slecht Engels sprak.

Liked - Fijne camping met ruime plekken met privacy. Voor de kinderen was er genoeg te doen er is een mooi zwembad. De ligging is perfect, dicht bij het centrum en strand zijn beide op loopafstand.

Liked - Ruime plek, mooi zwembad
Disliked - Veel huurplekken, sanitair vaak niet schoon, enkel toilet papier voor een heel gebouw, niet per toilet. Vaak werd dit toiletpapier niet op tijd vervangen. Vloeren bij sanitair mega glad, gevaarlijk voor kinderen en oudere mensen. Mooi zwembad, wel te klein oor het aantal gasten. Je kan naar de zee/het strand lopen, of met de fiets of auto, lopend is het wat ver voor kleine kinderen. Alle speeltuinen en animatie is gecentreerd bij het begin van de camping.
