Travelling party: Seniors

Liked - not applicable
Disliked - It would have been handy to have known Reception was closed 1230 to 230. We arrived at 145 and had to wait in drive for 45 minutes before checking in.
This could have been communicated when our booking was confirmed.

Liked - The welcome and general environment.
Disliked - Disappointed that Restaurant & Bar not open at end of May. We expect it at end of September, but not at beginning of year.

Travelling party: Seniors

Site in relatively close to the town, approx 30 minutes steady walk cross country or along busy main road. Probably easier if you can cycle. At time of visit, want too busy, bar only open couple hours early evening, odd days. Fish, pizza take away available over the weekend. Very basic groceries available in office shop.
(Couldn’t understand reason behind men only being allowed to use swimming pool in swimming costume/pants & not in swimming trunk/shorts??)

"The campsite enjoys a quiet location in the heart of the Bay of the Somme. Partly marked pitches, partly places on a large lawn. Beautiful indoor pool."
