Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
Liked - Very good size of pictures large swimming pools, most of the toilet blocks have been modernised the staff seem very friendly the restaurant has very good food with good service
Disliked - Bar was very overpriced, swimming pools are not heated only one, the shop chargers a ridiculous amount more money 4 items that are chilled, the toilets do not have seats, the seems to be a lack of staff as as about 3 members of staff have to cover everything from Poole activities two evening entertainment on the stage you would expect better entertainment from a site this big if you was in the UK, in the shop birds are allowed to fly around and mess near the fresh bread, inflatables sold in shop cannot be used in the pool

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - SWIMMING POOLS ARE EXCELLENT
Disliked - SHOWERS HAVE INSUFFICIENT DRAINAGE LEADING TO FLOODING AND VERY SMELLY SHOWER TIMES.
SOME PEOPLE DO NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO GO BACK TO THEIR ACCOMODATION AFTER THE BAR SHUTS SCREAMING AND SHOUTING AT EACH OTHER AND FAILING TO CONTROL THEIR CHILDREN, WHILST OTHERS ARE TRYING TO SLEEP.
