Tony - Ashington, on this campsite in August 2019
Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - Super location as it felt away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet but close to Royan and La Rochelle if you wanted a little more excitement. The entertainers were excellent, with special mention to Antoine who was a stand out. All the facilities were perfect for us. Had one take away, but mostly ate around our pitch. Shower facilities were spotless and regularly cleaned. Plenty for the kids and most importantly able to get to all play areas safely on bikes. My kids aged 11, 8 and 8. Horse riding on site was superb with an engaging coach, challenging my beginning girls. Simply amazing!
Disliked - The administration was a little disappointing. We couldn't get our original dates by one day. We were advised by the site to book what we could on line and they would arrange on arrival. This became a slight issue and having raised 4 times (email and face to face) had no resolution on 25th Aug. We were due to leave on 26th. Sequioa wanted us to pay for the additional day where as we had only stayed the 10 nights paid for. This was eventually resolved on our expected day of departure. This could have been sorted sooner. It did not sour the holiday and the issue was sorted.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - Setting of site. Size of pitches. Cleanliness. Toilet blocks fab. Gardens and walks.
Disliked - Told no shorts allowed in pool only speedos. Family bought trunks as don't normally wear them but most men were wearing short type bathing trunks. No food or drink allowed in pool but food was not only brought in from outside but food from café and nothing was said to the people who did so. Our children had chewing gum stuck to their feet several times. The queues waiting outside every morning to select beds was horrendous.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - The accommodation, the pools, the cleanliness.
Disliked - Sequoia Parc needs another restaurant/bar option. There are not enough options if you want to eat out instead of self catering.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - Great site, good facilities such as new Park. Well maintained and evidence of money being invested in site. This is our 3rd visit to this site and has many positives and becoming very popular. Nice location and great neighbouring places to visit (Royan, La Rochelle etc...)
Disliked - The site is getting too busy and this is evident around the pool and facilities. Space around pool, ques at the bar, shops and restaurants. Mosquitos are also a problem with my children refusing to go out after dusk. Entertainment is poor and the one show we viewed was not entertainment, totally inappropriate for children (sex based theme) and shocking! Strongly recommend these flaws are auctioned.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - Pool is amazing! Beautiful campsite. Great kids club.
Disliked - No WiFi working. I paid for it but it never worked. Extremely slow, had to sit inside the info point.
Staff didn’t have enough English plus were slow and unhelpful!
“Lifeguards’ at the pool should be on duty and not just checking towels and giving out to people if their child was unsupervised for 2 minutes. (Kids do sneak away from their parents, that’s why life guards are important)
Restaurant was a joke! Service was extremely slow considering there was hardly anyone there. However, Food was excellent!!
Evening entertainment was poor.
