Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
Liked - Excellent pools and outdoor games fcilities and kids had a fab time. There could have been improvements on the availability of activities for the teens in the evenings though, many of the machines in the games room weren't working

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - Pool is amazing! Beautiful campsite. Great kids club.
Disliked - No WiFi working. I paid for it but it never worked. Extremely slow, had to sit inside the info point.
Staff didn’t have enough English plus were slow and unhelpful!
“Lifeguards’ at the pool should be on duty and not just checking towels and giving out to people if their child was unsupervised for 2 minutes. (Kids do sneak away from their parents, that’s why life guards are important)
Restaurant was a joke! Service was extremely slow considering there was hardly anyone there. However, Food was excellent!!
Evening entertainment was poor.

Abigail - Ballina Killaloe, on this campsite in July 2019
Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - The setting is beautiful and the flowers particularly are lovely.
Disliked - The mercenary nature of the park; the (lack of) customer service. The exorbitant fees for a visitor - even just for someone to come and meet you for a coffee.
BUT MAINLY:
My aunt and uncle arrived to visit for lunch. I was asked to sign them in by the security guard. I forgot, but as I knew you had my credit card details AND plot number, I wasn’t too worried. However, CHRISTOPHE (reception) stormed down at 22h00 to our chalet and was EXTREMELY rude about it. I was VERY upset and WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO SEQUOIA PARC. Disgraceful behaviour.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
Liked - Very overpriced considering the facilities/pool area’s are so over subscribed.
Disliked - Only managed to use the vastly overcrowded pool and sun beds once! This was not an issue 3 years ago on our first visit.
Showers very poor for regulating temperatures, but modern and clean.

Richard - Co Kildare, on this campsite in July 2019
Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - Everything except the entertainment
Disliked - We were here 8 years ago also and the nightly Entertainment has disimproved. The miming and dancing of the Animations team to backing music was very boring and and in our opinion, is not entertainment. After going down to the Entertainment a couple of nights, we were bored and decided not to go down anymore. The entertainment should be live. One night there was a singer and guitarist and that was very good.
