Spending your holidays in the Provence... always a splendid idea! Especially when you are staying at Camping La Farigoulette. This campsite, directly located on a side arm of the Lac de Sainte-Croix, offers many amenities. Enjoy the private pebble beach on the Verdon river, a beautiful swimming pool, several restaurants, a massage parlour, fitness area and a comprehensive entertainment programme. A veritable family campsite.

Spacious pitches

In front of you you will see a spacious open terrain with a large number of rental accommodation units (121). There are also 113 touring pitches. These spacious pitches offer ample shade. The surface is mostly made of sand and pebbles rather than grass. The further away you are from the rental accommodation, the more privacy you have.

Swimming, sports and the circus

The swimming pool (100 m2 and fairly deep) has a stylish and contemporary look. There is also a very nice toddler pool. Around the pools you will find a wide terrace with loungers and sun umbrellas. Everything is protected by stone walls. At the bottom of the campsite you will find a wide, pleasant pebble beach by the Verdon. With its clean water and no dangerous current, it is ideal for swimming. The river is also popular with canoeists.

Much attention is paid to sports and games on the campsite, including volleyball and tennis. Also fun: go wild and ascend the climbing tees. In addition, all kinds of activities, even a circus performance, are organised at La Farigoulette.

Always a table, always something nice to eat

There are several eateries on the campsite. Most of these are large-scale. Therefore, you can always find a table and you will have ample choice.

Liked - Der Camping hat sich zum letzten Jahr sehr verändert. Die attraktiven Plätze wurden mit Bungalos zu gestellt. Man bekommt den Eindruck ,dass Caravane und Mobilhome nicht das Zielpublikum der Zukunft sein werden.
Disliked - Parzellen attraktiver machen,störende Bäume entfernen ,Zufahrt zu den Parzellen besser machen. Trinkwasser Säulen auch für Camper installieren bei den Parzellen.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Ob für Kleinkind, Kind, Teenie oder aber auch erwachsene Kinder ?? Die Nähe zur Schlucht und der Bootsverleih um diese zu erkunden ist einmalig. Der Kletterpark, das Schwimmbecken, Spielplatz, Tennis, Fußball, Basketball. Nicht zu vergessen Tischtennis oder Boules. Oder einfach ein Spaziergang durch die Natur.Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Liked - Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Es wurde sehr viel Animation für Kinder geboten
Viele Freizeitangebote wie Tennis, Minigolf usw. Hunde dürfen mit an den Badeplatz und ins Wasser, traumhafte Badestellen in der Schlucht

Disliked - Viel mehr Trinkwasserstellen
Viel mehr Auswahl im Laden
Keine Kühlprodukte, weil Tiefkühltruhe def.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

Liked - Ideal zwischen Lavendelfeldern und der Verdonschlucht gelegen. Schöne Ausflugsziele, die allerdings für Kinder etwas langweilig sein werden. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind weiter entfernt. Das Internet ist sehr schlecht, was man als positiv als negativ sehen kann.

Liked - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Der Stellplatz war zwar nicht ganz eben und etwas felsig aber wir sind gut zurechtgekommen. Das Restaurant und der kleine Shop waren super und alle sehr freundlich. Das Highligth ist die Bootstour auf dem See und der Schlucht von Verdon sowie die Lavendelfelder. Der eigene Pool ist auch sehr groß und sehr sauber.
Disliked - Die Sanitäreinrichtung wurde nicht immer so sorgfältig gereinigt. Die jungen Damen waren da nicht so sorgfältig. Sichtprüfung und wenn es sauber aussah gingen sie weiter, ohne zu reinigen.

Disliked - Die Anmeldung wahr schwierig da wir nur wenig Französisch sprechen und die Rezeptionistin unsere Anmeldung nicht mal angeschaut hat!
