Spending your holidays in the Provence... always a splendid idea! Especially when you are staying at Camping La Farigoulette. This campsite, directly located on a side arm of the Lac de Sainte-Croix, offers many amenities. Enjoy the private pebble beach on the Verdon river, a beautiful swimming pool, several restaurants, a massage parlour, fitness area and a comprehensive entertainment programme. A veritable family campsite.

Spacious pitches

In front of you you will see a spacious open terrain with a large number of rental accommodation units (121). There are also 113 touring pitches. These spacious pitches offer ample shade. The surface is mostly made of sand and pebbles rather than grass. The further away you are from the rental accommodation, the more privacy you have.

Swimming, sports and the circus

The swimming pool (100 m2 and fairly deep) has a stylish and contemporary look. There is also a very nice toddler pool. Around the pools you will find a wide terrace with loungers and sun umbrellas. Everything is protected by stone walls. At the bottom of the campsite you will find a wide, pleasant pebble beach by the Verdon. With its clean water and no dangerous current, it is ideal for swimming. The river is also popular with canoeists.

Much attention is paid to sports and games on the campsite, including volleyball and tennis. Also fun: go wild and ascend the climbing tees. In addition, all kinds of activities, even a circus performance, are organised at La Farigoulette.

Always a table, always something nice to eat

There are several eateries on the campsite. Most of these are large-scale. Therefore, you can always find a table and you will have ample choice.

Liked - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht, immer freundlich und gut gelaunt. Man hat bemerkt, dass sie gerne am Campingplatz arbeiten.
Negativ bewerten möchte ich, dass jegliche Auskunft und Aktivitäten ausschließlich in Französisch abgehalten wurden. Meine Töchter hatten somit nicht die Möglichkeit den Animationen zu folgen und waren entsprechend wenig motiviert mit zu machen. Der Internetauftritt war in mehreren Sprachen. Somit sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass auch englisch mit den Besuchern gesprochen wird. Dies war leider lediglich am Infopoint und bei der Rezeption möglich.
Disliked - Der Kühlschrank im Shop muss repariert werden. Meine Kinder hatten eine üble Lebensmittelvergiftung von einem verdorbenen Eis und haben sich auf der Heimreise alle 10 Minuten übergeben. Wir erwarten noch eine Info darüber.

Liked - Absolut kein Urlaub für Leute die Erholung suchen! Obwohl wir ein Mobilhome mit SPA buchten war unser Aufenthalt der schlimmste Urlaub in den letzten 20 Jahren! Es war Sehr laut, schon in der Früh , es wurde täglich von den Mitarbeitern gearbeitet. Was ja auch verständlich ist,
das auch mal hin und wieder . Aber nicht täglich und leider nicht immer in Zimmerlautstärke und teilweise auch mit Baumaschinen. Es verging leider kein Tag ohne. Für Leute die Erholung brauchen, Fazit: Niemals wieder!!! Die Animation in dröhnender Lautstärke ging bis nach 23:00 , und sangen noch betrunkene Gäste.
Disliked - Es ist immer sehr schön wenn etwas verbessert und neues gebaut wird. Das finden wir klasse von Euch. Aber bitte im Sinne eurer Gäste, Erledigt alle Bauarbeiten im Winter oder im Frühling damit Eure Gäste nicht gestöhnt werden!

Und die Animation sollte im erträglichen gehaltenen werden. Denke 22:00 Nachtruhe wäre für alle Gäste toll. Partys kann man am Ballermann machen ;-)

Liked - Gute Lage direkt am See, ansonsten im Umland nichts. Gutes Restaurant. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr gutes Angebot.
Disliked - Auf einem Platz mit 5 Sternen sollten WC mit einem Toilettensitz selbstverständlich sein!

Liked - Der See war toll. Die Sanitäranlage schrecklich, unsauber für
5 Sterne geht gar nicht. Das Personal war top! Nur das Reinigung Personal geht gar nicht. Die Müll Anlage so weit
Weg und nur 1 Station. Die Entsorgungsstation für Wohnmobile geht gar nicht ,total verdreckt und die Toilettestation nicht nutzbar dar nur Müll im Becken lag. Ä
Disliked - Ganz dringend dir Sanitäranlagen erneuern und auf Sauberkeit achten. Vielleicht sollten sie sich mal ein Beispiel an Holland nehmen an 5 Sterneplätzen. Sehr unsauber alles auch der Waschsalon geht gar nicht.

Liked - Im Jahre 2023 sollte WLan auf dem ganzen Platz selbstverständlich sein. Vor allem aber am Pool und im Restaurant, sowie den Mietunterkünften. Das ist kein 5 Sterne Niveau.
Pool zu klein, Abend Veranstaltungen langweilig. Pool zu klein.
Disliked - WLAN überall auf dem Platz ermöglichen.
