If you want peace then do not go when any Bank Holidays are forthcoming. Site popular with families with lots of children - so no peace. Not at all happy with the pitches, the worst I have ever been on and unfortunately fellow campers did not respect the toilets/showers which were left in a disgusting state. Were glad to leave - never again.
Our second visit here. We were in france later this year and had to head further south to get the sunshine. This was an obvious choice because of our experiences last year. The pool area has been extended considerably this year with a plunge pool and water park area added with the loss of only two pitches. The staff and owners are extremely helpful and pleasant and the whole campsite gives off a feeling of peace and tranquility. Highly recommended and if Provence is our destination next year we will be there again.
Lovely site. May have needed more loos in high season - and better handwashing by loos and some handwashing for those using urinals. Surprisingly drining water only available from sinks rather than standpipes.
We stayed for two weeks in mid to late September having only booked in for four days. It is a very pleasant young campsite with very pleasant and helpful staff. Reception area is very welcoming but it is well inside the site and it is not clear where you should park as you are faced with a barrier at the entrance so have to leave your caravan. Some markings on the road would help! The toilets and showers are very clean though for a 4 star campsite you should expect toilet paper, but once you know.... There are three very large showers with basins which means your clothes stay dry and there is plenty of room for towelling off. Site is very well situated for exploring the region and it is a lovely region but beware of the Mistral when it blows! We have a twin axle caravan and you need a mover for many pitches which are not over generous. Fortunately we could park on the next door pitch and the site told us to do so. It is a site we will definitely return to in future trips.
