Liked - The pitches were large and well kept.
Disliked - The water for bathing / washing dishes does not go hot, not very sanitary. My children were shivering when I had to shower them.
Place needs to communicate with 3rd parties about Cascades being closed as this was not communicated to us. Our young children were bored, could not use the bouncy castles as was closed.

No tokens available for tumble drier even though it wasn’t in use.
Festival with loud music going on next door until 1AM that we were not notified about.

Liked - The campsite is in a great location for the town.
Disliked - Transport into Lyon was very poor, especially on the weekend.

Liked - View of the river from our pitch
Disliked - Half of the shower blocks shut, no toilet paper provided. Poor site security. Lots of noise from local children till past midnight. Road and train noise. The advert for this site used some very clever photography, we never saw any marina, there is a place for boats to tie up and 1 barge was tied up no speedboats or any other interesting vessels to look at. Some of the photos are taken from the verandah of second storey lodge, not what you will see from the ground. Very little to see or do in town. We paid for 2 nights and left after 1, says it all really.

Travelling party: Seniors
Liked - Sitting relaxing watching the river traffic.
There was a Carrefour at one end of the village, great for food shopping and reasonably priced diesel.
Disliked - Trévoux itself was dead. Interesting wee village for a short walk round. Nothing much open. Hoped to eat out, nothing available except a carry out pizza.
