Camping Le Viaduc is located in a quiet spot on the banks of the river Doux, in the north of the Ardèche. On this small campsite in the heart of nature, you'll camp on a shady pitch on the banks of the Doux or in a special rental accommodation such as a tree house or yurt. Here you'll experience the tranquillity of the hilly Ardèche and the conviviality of a small-scale campsite.

Informal and warm

25 kilometres after entering the Ardèche, deep in the rugged nature, you reach the charming campsite. It is enclosed by the meandering river Doux. In a small stone building you'll find the reception. The warm welcome of the owners sets the tone for the informal atmosphere on the campsite.

Special accommodations

For a special camping night, you can choose from a selection of special rental accommodations. For example, camp in a Coco-sweet tent, wigwam, yurt, tree house or wine barrel. All these accommodations, situated between the trees, are neat and tidy and give you that cosy camping feeling. However, this feeling can also be found on the beautiful lawns. There you will find spacious touring pitches on a very well-tended grass surface.

Charming restaurant

The natural stone building at the front of the site is characteristic of the charming character of the campsite. On the covered terrace you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. For a fair price you can taste homemade dishes in this charming little restaurant, with a nice ice cream for dessert. There is a children's menu for small campers.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - Die Betreiber des Campingplatzes sind sehr sehr freundlich.
Der Spielplatz ist wunderschön. Der See läd zum ausgiebigen Baden ein.
Aufgrund der Größe des Platzes können selbst kleine Kinder sich frei bewegen.
Wunderbate Ruhe, man hört wirklich nur Natur.
Disliked - Der Strom funktionierte leider nicht immer auf 220V, es waren auch nach der Wechselung des Kabels Schwankungen, sodass wir den Kühlschrank auf Gas umstellen mussten.
Es wäre toll, wenn zumindest für die Kinder Klobrillen auf den Toiletten wären.

Die Zufahrt ist für Wohnwagenfahrer sehr herausfordernd. Das kann man nocht ändern aber ein Hinweis auf der Seite wäre nett.

Liked - Der Campingplatz war wirklich super schön. Die Location ist definitiv für Naturliebhaber, da sie im puren Grünen ist und von jeder Stadt etwa 30min mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Das Campingrestaurant war wirklich sehr lecker und freundlich bedient und Stephanie/Olivier sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Disliked - Die Sanitär Anlagen wurden regelmässig geputzt, allerdings fehlen Klo-Brillen und auch das Toiletten Papier muss man selber mitbringen. Das war am Anfang (da wir dies nicht wussten) etwas "umständlich". Die Duschen haben teilweise nicht wirklich viel Wasserdruck, was das waschen von langen Haaren sehr mühsam macht.

Liked - total nette Besitzer/in, sehr schöne Atmosphäre, klasse Essen im Restaurant
Disliked - der Preis für das Hauszelt Coco Sweet in Verbindung mit der sehr mageren Ausstattung und den äußerst dürftigen Wasch-/Toiletteneinrichtungen ist definitiv deutlich überzogen !

Liked - Liebevoll geführter Campingplatz! Die Betreiber arbeiten rund um die Uhr für ihre Gäste, immer freundlich u. hilfsbereit! Der Platz ist sauber, wunderschön gestaltet und ein idealer Ort um zu entspannen! Man kann wunderbar im Fluss baden- das Wasser ist herrlich- und selbst in der Hochsaison findet man immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen!
Die Sanitäteranlagen sind einfach aber sehr sauber! Unser Stellplatz war wirklich sehr groß, sodass man auch hier seine Privatsphäre hat! Das kl. Restaurant bietet sehr leckere Gerichte an!! Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön!! Danke an die Betreiber!!??
Disliked - Der kl. Laden könnte mehr Lebensmittel haben, da man weit weg von jeglichen Geschäften! Die Temperatur in den Duschen kann man nicht einstellen, das war schade.. ansonsten alles super!! Aber das ist meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau…!

Liked - Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und die Gastgeberin sprach hervorragend deutsch und war äußert hilfsbereit. Würden
sofort wieder dort einkehren da auch die weinigen Gerichte die es dort gab sehr gut waren.

Liked - Die Lage an der Doux sowie die schönen schattigen Zeltplätze waren besonders gut. Auch gut war die Ruhe und der schöne Spielplatz. Es gab Wanderungen direkt vom Zeltplatz und viel in der Umgebung zu erkunden.
Disliked - Die Toiletten könnten etwas sauberer sein.

Liked - Die Abgelegenheit und der familiengeführte Campingplatz führten ganz einfach zum Wohlfühlen und zur Entspannung! Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Liked - Die Natur, der Fluss, die Stille, die Möglichkeit, im Restaurant zu essen und Baguette für's Frühstück zu bestellen, das gemietete Zelt, die schöne Umgebung ohne viel Tourismus....

Disliked - ....eigentlich nur das Wigwamzelt abdichten, damit es auch bei Starkreqen trocken bleibt...
