On the large-scale family campsite Domaine le Pommier, situated in the south of the Ardèche, there is plenty to do for each family member. With a gigantic swimming complex (more than 10 slides), several types of sports fields and professional entertainment teams there is enough to keep one busy. The campsite is located on a mountain. This provides you with a lovely view of the rugged, lush environment.

Pitches and accommodation for all

The campsite is large and has a large number of streets. There is a fair amount of vegetation in the form of bushes and trees. You have a beautiful view from virtually everywhere. The large site is home to 220 touring pitches and almost 600 rental accommodation units. The pitches are demarcated here and there and most of them are in the shade. The surface is grass or gravel. 

Furthermore, there is a large variation of accommodation units: tents, mobile homes, bungalows and 'Pipo' caravans. Both small and large groups can be accommodated here.

Largest swimming pool complex in the country

Water fanatics do not need to look any further than campsite Le Pommier. The swimming complex of the campsite, named ‘Aqua’Ardèche’ is the largest in France. Laid out on 1.2 ha are 12 water slides, various heated pools, waterfalls, a jacuzzi, a pirate ship and a variety of play equipment. 

The little ones can play in the toddler pool, real water fanatics can head for the pool with underwater jets. The pools are located in the sun but with a large number of sun umbrellas and loungers available you can also enjoy the shade.

Spoilt for choice

The campsite has no fewer then six catering establishments, varying from a large, luxury restaurant (with an array of delicious regional dishes) to a pizza restaurant. The last restaurant has an attractive terrace and a stage. Here you can enjoy a variety of evening performances.

Liked - Pas grand chose
Disliked - inadapté aux campeurs en caravane ( accès aux emplacements très compliqué en caravane montée et descente de la montagne non précisée à la commande) emplacement minuscule. Tous les uns sur les autres. Pas de séparation entre les emplacements. Service de sécurité de nuit inexistant impossible de se reposer avec des campeurs voisins qui font la fête jusqu’à 2h du matin et personne pour venir les calmer. Jeu de ballon incessant à côté des voitures dont 3 ballons ont finis sur notre carrosserie donc départ précipité 24h à l’avance week-end pourris demande remboursement d’une nuitée si commercant

Disliked - L’absence de surveillance aux espaces aquatiques alors même que de nombreux jeunes font une utilisation dangereuse des toboggans et manquent de respect aux autres.

Liked - Le point positif, le silence en matinée, très peu de bruit ce qui était agréable. Mais le tarif payé ne vaut pas les prestations fournies.
Disliked - Beaucoup de choses à revoir pour un 5 étoiles. Le Mobil home était propre mais je n'ai pas trouvé la haie vegetalisee de séparation que vous annoncez. Le parc aquatique bien trop petit pour le nombre de personnes accueillies, la principale attraction en panne depuis des semaines et non annoncée à la réception, manque d'hygiene autour de la piscine un kleenex est reste 2 jours sur la margelle! Le soir de l'incendie aucune info alors que nous étions dans notre mobil home dans la zone à évacuer en priorité.

Liked - Le bar de la piscine et le barman sympathique.
Disliked - Quel manque de professionnalisme et une aberration dans ce village. Ménage très peut effectuer a notre arrivée. Wc pas nettoyer avec beaucoup de trace dans les toilettes. Moisissures dans toute la douche. Pas d'eau chaude de 21h a 10h le lendemain personne de joignable de toute la soirée. Une piscine sans surveillance avec du personnelles assis vers une petite cabane qui discute tranquillement alors rien et nettoyer autour et que personne surveille les tobogans quand ils sont ouvert. une ouverture de 15h à 17h inadmissible et écris nul part. Le matin 11h obliger de contacter l'accueille.
