This is a pleasant site however to gain access you need to cross a stone bridge that is 2.75m wide according to the site's own literature.
Large unit's need to be made aware of this fact in the ACSI book so that prior to arrival a decision to visit or not can be made.
Failure to provide this information is I believe an oversight by ACSI.
We rented a triganon which was new and immaculate but in very close proximity with the neighbours. Our bedroom window was against the wall of another static caravan. The river is beautiful and access is easy. We were mostly disappointed by the swimming pool and activities on offer for the children. The pool had no lifeguard supervision at all. The slide arrives in the middle of the pool and teenagers arrive like bullets. Again no supervision there. The paddling pool was cracked and did not retain water. There were no shower, foot bath or toilet by the pool, which is surrounded by fake grass carpet (misleading on website photographs). For the activities, all the children were crammed in one little corner with very little resources. They mainly offer crafts. Our children being 4 and 6, we paid al lot for the facilities and activities.
