La Ferme de Clareau Campsite is a wonderful place for peace seekers, nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. Campers with and without children can enjoy a relaxing summer holiday here, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. At this campsite you can count on a personal welcome and unrivalled hospitality. It is not for nothing that many campers come back again and again.

Camping by the river

The campsite has 42 camping pitches situated at various elevations and ranging from spacious to very spacious. Most pitches are close to the river and the others are higher up. There are both places with a lot of shade and places in the sun. Those camping without their own equipment can stay in one of 18 fully equipped rental accommodations.

Swimming with a view

The circular swimming pool with panoramic views is located on the hillside near the reception and the bar & restaurant. You can also cool off in the river that flows alongside the campsite. Just a five-minute drive from the campsite, you can take a dip in the man-made recreational lake between the mountains. Once the children have finished playing at the swimming pool and the river, they can enjoy themselves on the playground, at the table tennis table or in the recreation room with games. The campsite better suits the interests of young children than those of teenagers.

Liked - Wat een prachtige plekken met voldoende schaduw. Het sanitair is basic maar heel schoon en de douche heerlijk. Het verse brood ‘s ochtends, het mooie zwembad en de leuke plekken aan de rivier. Echt heel relax allemaal. De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk en geeft iedereen aandacht. We komen zeker nog een keer.

Liked - Fijne tent met alles er op en er aan. Ruim opgezette camping met veel privacy en grote standplaatsen. Prettige relaxte ontvangst. Schone toiletten. Prachtige omgeving. Zwembad met uitzicht en mogelijkheid tot gemeenschappelijke barbecue.
Disliked - Niet supergoedkoop, maar dat is logisch voor dergelijke omgeving en service.

Liked - Rustige ligging en zeer grote kampeerplaatsen
Disliked - Afstand tot zwembad te groot om even een duik te nemen. Als je zoals ons onderaan de camping staat. Rivier met stroming dan wel weer wat dichterbij.

Liked - We hebben als gezin met kinderen 4, 7 en 9 een fijne vakantie gehad.
Het sanitair is verouderd, maar op zich ok.
Het zwembad is heerlijk. Wel een klim naar boven, maar dat maakt de voldoening des te groter.
Campingeigenaar (Christine) is erg vriendelijk.
De plaatsen zijn prettig en (zeer) ruim.
Langs de camping stroomt een riviertje waar je kunt klooien met water en (als het minder droog zou zijn) zwemmen
Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Liked - Prachtige groene camping met ruime plaatsen. Uniek opgezet! Geweldige uitzichten! Vriendelijk personeel.
Disliked - Geen water of sanitair in de safaritent en voor de prijs zou je dat wel verwachten. Het toiletje (>250m) waar je dan gebruik van moet maken, wordt ook gebruikt door alle zwembadgasten. Prijs/kwaliteit safaritent is niet in vergelijk met de staanplaatsen. Komen graag nog een x, maar dan met eigen tent!

Liked - Leuke natuurcamping met grote plekken, veel ruimte en een fijne sfeer.
We genoten van mooie zichten, een leuk (eerder koud) zwembad en amuseerden ons in de rivier.
En oh zo heerlijk stil 's avonds!
Disliked - Door de wijdsheid van de camping en de grote plekken was sanitair eerder ver lopen, maar het was wel proper. Er was ook voldoende waterdruk & warm water. In onze blok ontbrak wel warm water voor de afwas, waardoor het voor een afwasje wel heel ver wandelen was... Er zijn veel mogelijkheden qua plekken op de camping, en dat is niet helemaal duidelijk op de website, wel fijn om te weten of je graag in bos of op de wei zit, of met of zonder schaduw, ver lopen van het zwembad of net niet ...
