As with much of my travels unplanned stay are always interesting. This was a good clean well organised site in wonderful surroundings. One night stay spilled over to two. Would have stayed longer but books further north could not be reset.
Facilities good and operated by friendly staff. I liked how the electricity is charged by usage instead of a blanket since I only run my fridge and recharge my laptop when on sites. Will return if in the area.
A fabulous site! The staff are lovely. Very welcoming and really helpful. The sit itself is nestled amongst snow capped mountains. Beautiful. We had a motorbike and the roads were perfect for a long day sight seeing. There\'s easy access to all touristy sights and amenities. The site has everything you need. The showers are fab with each shower having its own sink unit too. The cleanliness was superb. Loads of washing machines etc too. There is a well stocked shop which also sells bits and bobs for caravans etc. the restaurant is elegant and the food is good and not too expensive.
We stayed in this beautiful site in September 2010. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were out of this world, the best we have seen in 30 years of touring, and always spotless. When we used the restaurant it was excellent. Its a long way from GB but we may return some day.
Option of private shower/bathroom is fantastic yet even the public washrooms/toilets were wonderful as well. Facilities of a high standard and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Small shop convenient and well stocked.
We loved our stay at this campsite. The bathroom facilities were incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate a few meals in the restaurant and the food was reasonably priced and delicious. The place is very child-friendly. We cannot wait to rebook for next summer!
This was our fifth visit to this site over a number of years. This was the first time we had come as a couple. We had usually had a couple of boys in tow. It was every bit as good as I remembered. A warm friendly welcome and a choice of pitches. It was my birthday and I even got a bottle of champagne! Unfortunately we were not so lucky with the weather, but in such beautiful surroundings, who cared? Fairly expensive but you are paying for amazing facilities. The driers were free and there is even a bath!
