Staff very helpful when our awning broke. Helped us to find somewhere to get it replaced. Lent us tools to enable us to get it safely stored away until it could be fixed. Facilities very clean. Lovely bike route into Bad Ems and very near the train station for greater distances. Highly recommended.

A lovely site. A very informal and relaxed site which is just what you need to enjoy your stay. The owners are really helpful, the shower and toilet facilities excellent and the pitch we had was just near the river bank. There is so much to see and do around the area, with cycling, walking and the railway station 2 minutes walk from the site. A definite return to this site.

A lovely site situated on the bank of the River Lahn midway between Bad Ems and Nassau. The site is well kept and the toilet facilities spotless. The staff are very helpful and the site owners have a good command of English. There is some road noise during the day as the main road is on the other bank of the river opposite the site but is quiet at night and there is little train noise. Koblenz is within easy reach and city centre parking is reasonable at €7 per day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Second time at this site only stayed 1 night on way south. Staff friendly and helpful. Very picturesque area. Shame that there is only 6amps on the ACSI picthes. Would definitely use again for a longer period.

This is a lovely campsite in a great location. It is very friendly with spotless toilet facilities. The pitches are well maintained and on grass. We had a large pitch on the riverside which was superb. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The site is on the river Lahn about halfway between Koblenz and Limburg. Both of these can be reached by train and the station is within walking distance of the campsite. There is some train noise but it is not intrusive.

What a find!! Fantastic location on the river Lahn not far from Koblenz but leaving the commercialization behind.Quiet with brilliant cycling through the countryside into Bad Ems, a small spa town very much like Bath. Really friendly and helpful staff with spotless toilet facilities-with soap! Good sized pitches with many fronting the river.

Nice site with friendly staff, who assisted to with the setting up of our caravan on our allocated pitch. We had a pitch by the river and it was great, very relaxing. Local area is good with good walks and places of interest. Lidl supermarket in Bad Ems is good with a wide range of reasonably priced stock. We hope to return again in the future.

A very friendly staff team most of whom spoke English. The site with large flat pitches and excellent, clean facilities was an ideal place for walking and cycling with many interesting places to visit locally. We had planned to stay one week but stayed two, and would not hesitate to recommend.

Clean site, well maintained. Lovely situation on river bank.
Not many of the staff spoke German but they were friendly and helpful nevertheless.
20 mins cycling through fields and along cycle track into Bad Ems, a lovely spa town where there's a Lidl and an excellent vegetable market. There's a butcher but it's more like a deli and expensive.
Plenty of cycling for those of a hearty disposition but ideal if you just want to sit and relax.
You can swim in the river or hire a canoe.
We intended to stay for 3 days but stayed a week. Could have stayed longer, it was so pleasant.
