Camping Covelo is located on Lake Iseo in northern Italy, near the town of Iseo. Lake Iseo is smaller and less touristy than nearby Lake Garda and is certainly worth visiting. The campsite is situated directly on the lake and the charming town centre of Iseo is 2 km away.

Italian family business

After you have reached the campsite via a relatively narrow road, you will be welcomed by the manager, who runs the reception together with his sister, while his mother tends to the kitchen and his father makes the pizzas. A real Italian family business. The flat terrain extends along the banks of Lake Iseo. The most beautiful pitches are located by the lakeside. The shaded pitches are not large, so caravans and camper vans are pitched lengthwise so that everyone has a decent view of the lake.

The two very well-maintained sanitary blocks were renovated in 2016 and 2017 and are also suitable for the disabled. The campsite also has rental facilities available such as bungalow tents and caravans.

Enjoy Lake Iseo

Covelo is not aimed at a particular group of campers, but the majority of campers are seniors. Its location directly on the lake and the sunbathing area by the water are ideal. The large campsite restaurant, which also acts as a pizzeria and bar, is simply furnished and has a terrace with gorgeous views of the lake. You can order fine (regional) dishes and pizzas here. The campsite shop, which is located in the restaurant, only offers the most basic supplies. For your daily shopping, Iseo is nearby.

Travelling party: Couple

Wat een geweldige camping. Echt een fam. Camping .Luca en zijn fam. En natuurlijk de rest van het personeel was echt super. Niets was ze te veel. Als je iets vroeg werd het geregeld. En het restaurant verdiend zeker een ster. Heerlijk eten. Het sanitair werd ook brandschoon gehouden. Ook de omgeving is heerlijk om te wandelen en te fietsen. Rondom het meer ligt een fijn fietspad. Wij verheugen ons erop om in juni 2024 terug te gaan.

Super camping. Beetje ouderwets hartelijk Italiaans !!! Zo gauw de mogelijkheid zich voordeed kreeg je een plek dichter bij het meer met fantastisch uitzicht, ook met ACSI korting !! Zeer hartelijk en behulpzaam personeel , ook bij het plaatsen van de camper of caravan. En dicht bij Iseo !

Heel gezellige camping met super vriendelijke uitbater en personeel. Alle plaatsen hebben uitzicht op het meer. Het eten en drinken zijn van hoge kwaliteit en worden dezelfde crew verzorgd. Een echte aanrader.

We hebben hier 1 week gestaan met de caravan. Plaatsen erg ruim, auto op een parkeerplaats, dus niet bij de caravan. Geeft een rustig beeld. Je wordt naar je plaats begeleid en gezegd hoe je je caravan/camper moet plaatsen. Sanitair brandschoon, er wordt de hele dag gepoetst. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader en we hebben hier dan ook een volle week gestaan.

Camping Covelo ligt direct aan het meer van Iseo. De plaatsen zijn ruim en per rij sta je dichter of verder van het meer. Vanaf de meeste plaatsen heb je zicht op het meer. Het personeel van de camping is top. Ze staan voor je klaar als je aankomt. In plaats van rap naar je plaats te worden gedirigeerd wordt je verrast met een heerlijk welkomstdrankje. Daarna helpen ze om je caravan goed waterpas weg te zetten op de soms schuine plaatsen. De camping ligt prachtig aan het kleine meer. De omgeving is geweldig om te fietsen. Het restaurant op de camping is van verrassend hoge kwaliteit. Wij hebben er verschillende malen geweldig lekker gegeten. Er loopt een spoorweg langs de camping. Wij hebben daar geen last van gehad. Het had wel iets.

Niet zo groot, maximaal 100 plaatsen, zodat je snel iedereen kent. Alles is daar mogelijk als je maar rekening houd met een ander.

Prachtige gezellige kleinere camping. Heerlijke omgeving. Mooie fietsroutes zeker met e-bike. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Staan altijd voor je klaar. Prima kleinschalig restaurant.
