If you enjoy lovely trips into the countryside during your holiday and you prefer staying at a small-scale campsite, Camping Löwenhof is the perfect holiday address. This campsite is in the middle of the lovely town of Brixen in the Eisack Valley. That makes Camping Löwenhof an excellent starting point for numerous beautiful walks though the Dolomites. This area also offers many possibilities for doing other mountain sports.

Neat campsite hidden behind the hotel

When you drive onto the site, the first thing you notice is the modern-looking Hotel Löwenhof. The camping section is behind that. This clearly laid out campsite has a few dozen neatly maintained camping pitches. Here, you choose from a classic, comfort or premium pitch. They vary in size.

Enjoy the lovely heated outdoor swimming pool

As a campsite guest, you can use all the hotel's amenities. That includes a lovely wellness zone with a swimming cave, sauna, solarium and hot tub, among others. Furthermore, the hotel has a specialty restaurant, a little shop, play areas and modern toilets and washing rooms, which were renovated in 2019. Camping Löwenhof also has its own outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool.

Conquer the Plose - walking, climbing or with the cable car

When you book a stay at Camping Löwenhof in Brixen, you automatically get the so-called Brixen Card. This is extremely handy because it gives you free use of public transport in the region. One of the most significant sights around Brixen is the Plose, an impressive mountain just east of the town. It is certainly worth conquering the Plose walking or climbing.
