Firenze Camping In Town is located just outside the centre of Florence. This modern campsite is the perfect base for visiting the Italian city of art (located at a 15-minute bike ride away). The campsite has all the luxury you could want. The swimming pool and lagoon pool will keep you cool. In the modern restaurant, you can eat your fill of pizza.

Modern and luxurious campsite

The pitches are not spacious, but they do look immaculate. They have a nice grassy surface, are well laid out and neatly delimited. Do you really want to camp in luxury? Then choose one of the many safari tents, chalets or mobile homes.

Quiet city campsite with two swimming pools

The location of Firenze Camping In Town is perhaps its greatest asset. You are right next to the centre of Florence. And yet you'll be camping far from the hustle and bustle of city life. But that is not the only luxury you have at this city campsite. You can splash around in a lovely pool! Swim a few lengths for a fresh start to your day. Or cool down after a long day in Florence. The adjacent lagoon pool is a great place for children to play.

A fresh pizza and Chianti wine

Right next to the pool is the restaurant. In this modern building, you can enjoy a refreshing drink. Or perhaps the children would like a real Italian ice cream. But this is also the place to be if you want to linger at the table. With a fresh pizza on your plate, you can eat yourself to the bone here. Add a Chianti wine and it is perfect.

Ligging is fantastisch, en mede daardoor ook een hele dure camping met veel toeters en bellen. Erg vol, maar gelukkig voor Italiaanse begrippen redelijk grote plaatsen.

Muy caro, tiene un bus que te acerca a Florencia pero con horarios justos. Los sanitarios no son suficientes para la cantidad de gente que hay en el camping. Las parcelas estupendas.

Vriendelijke ontvangst (we troffen een Nederlandse receptioniste). Plekken zijn redelijk qua oppervlakte. Amper schaduw, maar camping bestaat pas een jaar of vijf. Sanitair mag wel vaker schoongemaakt worden, bijv. 3xdd. Wel forse prijs voor een plek. Florence per fiets langs Arno bereikbaar (zo\'n 6 km). Prima zwembad op de camping.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach mit unserem Wohnmobil auf diesem Platz.
Wir wollten diesmal einen Platz mit etwas Sonne und nicht direkt am Durchfahrtsweg. Keine Wahlmöglichkeit, obwohl noch genügend Plätze frei waren. Wir bekamen einen Platz zugewiesen am Zufahrtsweg, im Schatten mit 3 Kanaldeckel
Das war das letzte mal, dass wir diesen Platz besucht haben.

Top Platz!
Super organisierter Platz mit gutem und freundlichen Personal. Bestens gelegen um Florenz zu erkunden. Es gibt zu den Öffis sogar einen platzeigenen Shuttle-Bus. Das Restaurant am Platz ist groß aber dennoch prima.

A big site with excellent facilities - full at end of April. Facilities are very good and can cope with the numbers. Bike ride along the river or bus into Florence. Not cheap but worth the money.

Super mooie camping. Het is super gemakkelijk om vanuit de camping naar Firenze centrum te rijden met de fiets. Super groot en mooi zwembad met leuke bar en vriendelijk personeel.

Travelling party: Single

Super Platz um Florenz zu besichtigen, Fahrradweg oder Shuttle in die Stadt. Sanitär Anlagen super sehr sauber, Reinigung mehrmals täglich. Die angrenzende Straße ist nur bis ca 22:00 stark befahren , nachts war es ruhig. Wir hatten vorher angerufen und einen Platz reserviert, weil wegen Corona auch im September viele Camper unterwegs sind. Der Platz war abends ausgebucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder um mehr Zeit in Florenz zu verbringen als nur zwei Tage.
