Camping Colleverde Siena is uniquely situated in the heart of Tuscany, in a suburb in the northern part of Siena. Campers stay here to explore this very special city (at 2.5 km from the campsite). Other pearls in the region, such as San Gimignano or Firenze are also easy to reach.

The drive to the campsite via rolling hills past vineyards and tall cypresses, is an extraordinary experience.

Panoramic view and shade

On the neatly laid out campsite are winding paved roads which lead you to the various pitches. This gives the campsite its small-scaled character. From the campsite you have a panoramic view of the towers rising above Siena.

On the slightly sloping grounds are various types of camping pitches which differ in size. The surface is made of grass or gravel. There is also a separate section for trekker huts, demarcated with wooden fencing. Adjacent to the camping pitches there are also modern rental tents and mobile homes on Camping Colleverde.

Cooling off in the pool

The beautiful swimming pool is spacious, rectangular and is located in the middle of the grounds. Next to the pool are a number of sun loungers. Directly behind the swimming pool is a large lawn with trees. The bar can also be found there. The swimming pool may be slightly too deep (1.20) for small children.

Sanitary facilities

The sanitary building on Camping Colleverde is in pristine condition: neatly maintained and very clean. Dogs have their own shower and separate exercise field.

Wine tasting

The camping organises regular wine tasting sessions. Do not miss out on those; the quality wines you will drink there are from the area (the renowned Chianti region).

Liked - Die Nähe zum Zentrum war sehr hilfreich
Disliked - ADAC Card wurde bei der Abrechnung nicht berücksichtigt, weil angeblich nicht vorgelegt. Diese wurde in Form der App auf dem Handy vorgelegt, wurde jedoch vermutlich nicht registriert

Liked - Ein sehr gepflegter und sauberer Platz . Sehr nettes Personal , tolles Restaurant
Disliked - Der kleine Einkaufsladen ist, was die Brötchen und Baguette Sachen betrifft eher nicht so gut . Schnell ist morgens alles vergriffen und hygienisch ist es auch nicht unbedingt wenn jeder in der Brötchenkiste ohne Zange reingreift ! Der Mann an der Kasse könnte das doch machen !

Teilweise terrassenförmig angelegter Platz oberhalb von Siena. Bus fährt kurz vor der Einfahrt des Platzes direkt in die Altstadt von Siena. Schöne Atmosphäre auf dem Platz, Schwimmbad war Ende September bereits geschlossen, deshalb bei Schwimmbad und Kinderfreundlichkeit neutrale Bewertung

Goede maar dure camping om Siena te bezoeken, eenvoudig bereikbaar per bus. Geen vaste plekken en gaat na de slagboom redelijk steil naar beneden. Winkeltje duur maar wel handig voor broodjes.

no pertenece a la red ACSI… no tiene descuento… …por lo demás correcto en ubicación y servicios… como pasa siempre en el centro de Europa el español rodeado de alemanes sedentarios está muy mal mirado… pero eso ya lo sabemos todos… en fin… el camping perfecto para las expectativas requeridas…!!!
