Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Voor ons een fijne camping. Misschien kan het speelmateriaal een upgrade krijgen. Maar onze kinderen vermaken zich in de oever. Het unieke van deze camping is het uitzicht op het chateau van Boerscheid. Bij de receptie is een klein winkeltje en er is een terrasje. Staanplaats aan het water. Het sanitair is schoon en dat is voor ons het belangrijkste dat telt.

Travelling party: Family with children, various ages

Al ruim 40 jaar komen wij op deze camping. Het was altijd een prachtige plaats. Met liefde is dit familiebedrijf 80 jaar in stand gehouden. Altijd netjes, goed onderhouden, vriendelijk, gewoon FIJN.
Sinds de camping 3 jaar geleden is overgenomen door de nieuwe eigenaar is het helaas erg achteruit gegaan. Toiletgebouwen zijn van de 8 toiletten 5 op slot gedraaid ivm ernstige lekkages. De plafonds komen bijna naar beneden. Vol water, onder de schimmel.
Van de 4 afwasbakken hebben er maar 2 warm water, 1 daarvan is de kraan afgebroken. Douches koud. Stroom valt iedere keer uit op het veld. Er is zoveel kapot en vuil overal. Onbegrijpelijk dat deze prachtcamping in 3 jaar zo achteruit gegaan is, zelfs volledig verwaarloosd. Het is echt te veel om te benoemen. Wij gaan hier ma bijna 50 jaar en meerdere generaties niet weer heen. Terwijl het werkelijk de prachtigste plek in Luxemburg is.
