Campsite Netl de Wildste Tuin

General information
Guide price €21.50

Camping - established by people for people. Netl De Wildste Tuin is an unusual campsite in Flevoland, nestled in the wild countryside amidst sand dunes, natural lakes and beautiful grasslands. A paradise for children, where they are free to let off steam and frolic on the mud slide, in the bamboo forest and in the bathing lake.

Camping with a pioneering spirit

It is not surprising that the campsite Netl De Wildste Tuin is located in the Noordoostpolder in Flevoland, the youngest province in the Netherlands. Because just like pioneers once founded Flevoland, this campsite was also built out of nothing.

Dunes in Flevoland

The natural lake is the centrepiece of the park. Here, the sand dunes rise several metres above the water - a real attraction for children. One can swim from the beach to the green islets, cross the rope bridge or tackle the obstacle course. On the large natural playground, kids can slide down the mud slide, whizz downhill over the double cableway or play hide and seek in the bamboo forest. Please be aware that they will be dirty at the end of the day. Even the smallest kids can enjoy nature: The sheltered playground 'Ukkiipark' is an absolutely safe play area.

A solid meal

The pavilion on the beach serves delicious food. To satisfy every taste, simple chips (fries) and pizza are on the menu, but healthy food is recommended: less or no salt, water instead of soda, low in carbohydrates but tasty nonetheless. You can join in the healthy lifestyle by looking after the campsite's herb garden together.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
