Camping Het Scholtemeijer is a small-scale farm campsite in the countryside of Overijssel, between Ommen and Hardenberg. The campsite is situated in the Vechtdal, in an area with vast meadows. You can camp on the well-kept campsite behind the farm, on spacious touring pitches or in the luxury safari tent. Everyone is welcome on the campsite, even horses. Stables are available.

Panoramic camping

The terrain of campsite Het Scholtemeijer lies behind the beautiful farm. On the well-kept lawns there is room for fifteen spacious touring pitches. The young plantation offers little shade, but on the other hand the wide view is not disturbed. From the touring pitches you look out over the vast meadows, which gives you a feeling of tranquillity and spaciousness. If you want a luxurious camping holiday, make a reservation for the very complete Woody Safari tent.

Camping with your horse

If you like a quiet camping holiday in your own country, then camping Het Scholtemeijer is the place to be. Young families and seniors in particular stay at the campsite. If you don't want to go on holiday without your horse, just take it with you to. There is a place not only for you, but also for your horse.

Goats and bunnies

Small children can enjoy camping at Het Scholtemeijer campsite together with mum and dad or grandma and grandpa. On the campsite there is a small playground with a trampoline, playhouse and swing. But the most interesting will probably be found in the animal meadow. Bunnies and goats are eager to be petted. A real hit with the youngest campers!

Een kleinschalige boerencamping met uitstekende voorzieningen en sanitair. De beheerders zijn ontzettend meedenkend en meegaand met de gasten. Vanuit de camping zijn er goede mogelijkheden om te fietsen via knooppunten, wandelen en mountainbiken. In de omgeving is een restaurant, snackbar, boeren die h7n artikelen verkopen en op korte afstand is een buurtsuper. We komen hier nu 6 jaren voor volgend jaar alweer een periode vastgelegd.

Net sanitair wat prima schoongehouden wordt
Klein speeltuintje voor de allerkleinsten en wat klein dieren. Eigenaarspaar erg vriendelijk en gastvrij

Liked - Het ongedwongene. Aardige campingbeheerders, oog voor mens, dier en milieu. Kleinschaligheid, zelfbedieningskantine.
Disliked - Kamperen in de buitenlucht betekent : insecten. Op een boerderijcamping weet je dat er veel vliegen zullen zijn. Nou, dat klopt.
