Travelling party: Couple

Caming ligt recht aan de Geiranger fjord met uitzicht op de ruiseschepen die hier elke dag aankomen en vertrekken.
Variabel in drukte, veel mensen blijven slechts 1 dag.
Met de caravan is het verstandig om via Hellesylt de ferry te pakken, de weg er naar toe is alleen voor zeer ervaren rijders (steile hellingen, veel haarspeldbochten en veel verkeer. Met name de touristenbussen scheuren behoorlijk hard over deze weg).
Camping is prima, sanitair goed. In Geiraner is een kleine winkel voor boodschappen. Verder wordt het dorp uiteraard overspoeld door de toeristen van de schepen. Ook dwalen ze veel over de camping, omdat ze denken zo te kunnen doorsteken naar de toegang naar de schepen.
Maar het is de moeite waard om deze fjord te bezoeken en hier op de camping te staan.
