For sportive holidaymakers the camp site offers excursion programmes. There is an entertainment programme. The camp site has an outdoor swimming pool and a toddlers' pool. You can swim nearby in the sea. At Costa do Vizir Camping you can go snorkelling.

You don't always have to cook, as the camp site has a restaurant (with snack menu). The camp site also supplies fresh bread. You can also use the internet, as there is a WiFi point and you can access the internet with your own laptop in 80% of the camp site.

The campsite is peaceful and well kept, but expensive considering the pool is closed and the shop is very low on stock. We were surprised to discover this when the site is open all year.

Travelling party: Seniors

Campsite in development - but Porto Covo is a gem. This will be a Yelloh! campsite in 2020 and will benefit from their management attention. The facilities are good - sanitary blocks were large and clean, lots of new or renovated bungalows, shady (as yet) unmarked pitches and the pool area looked fine too. The place had its share of feral cats which were a nuisance and kept our dog engaged. The restaurant was poor simple snacks or one fixed meal. Staff were not very helpful, They never had change and had to go to reception with most orders. The shop was minimalistic - usually closed so you had to go to the bar to get someone to open it. Hopefully the new management will sort this out. The location of the campsite is within walking distance of a superb cove with a lovely beac and also the town of Porto Covo with its shops and restaurants. I can recommend the octopus dish! I would love to go back there soon.

Great site with good facilities apart from the wifi which whilst being free was only available by the pool or bar and was not very good. For me good wifi is essential. The site benefited from a good location within walking distance to Porto Covo which is a lovely town in the Atlantic coast. Good shopping and restaurants as well as a picturesque village. The campsite electricity supply was not working on one box so we had to run a long cable to another supply, a minor issue. The staff were very helpful.

Really nice camping. Very clean with amazing facilities.
Very large pitches, great pool and staff so friendly. we have a really warm welcome in the reception.
Minutes walk to a beautiful village right on the sea front ...
The restaurant is also good.

Heel mooi park! We reisden om de kust van Vicentina te leren kennen en Costa do Vizir was zonder twijfel de beste camping in de regio.
De receptiemeisjes zijn erg attent.
Zeer schone kleedkamers.

Erstaunlich!
Die neuen Einrichtungen sind ein Campingplatz mit viel Potenzial und von hervorragender Qualität.
Die Kiesfläche ist sehr schön.
An der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie den alten Bereich verbessern würden. Nächstes Jahr wollen wir zurück, um herauszufinden, was es Neues gibt.
