San Marino is a special holiday destination, because it is the oldest republic in the world (since 301 AD). Furthermore, it is a modern and prosperous country with beautiful nature and interesting historical sights. Camping Vacanze San Marino is situated on an open hill near the capital with the same name. The area is hilly and wooded and has a rich culture. To reach the campsite, you have to drive up the mountain over winding, but easily passable roads.

Friendly campsite

The shady campsite makes a well maintained and friendly impression and there is an attractive looking swimming pool. This is a very pleasant family camping. The camping pitches vary in size; you may, however, choose your own pitch. You can also rent a luxury glamping tent, or a standard tent, mobile home, room, studio or apartment. The campsite is frequented by a mixed public of young people, families and senior citizens. A number of people come here specifically to visit the town of San Marino.

Attractive swimming pool

The swimming pool is lovely and you can enjoy the sun on the adjacent lawn. In high season entertainment is organised for all ages. Furthermore, the campsite has playground equipment and several sports fields.

Delicious pasta

You can buy basic necessities from the small shop as well as fresh bread. There is a large restaurant with a good choice of pizzas and pasta dishes, which are very popular. The sanitary facilities are modern and are well maintained.

Convenient by bus

From the campsite there is a direct bus connection to the beautiful historical town of San Marino or the Italian Rimini beach.

Liked - Mooie ruime plaatsen, camping is wel minder geworden tov 1e bezoek 12 jaar geleden.
Disliked - Sanitairgebouw op onze laag moet worden aangepakt, is sterk veroudert, verder in de avond moet er iemand beter bereikbaar zijn en leer goed engels praten. Zwembad meester was een jonge gast die het niks interesseerde wat er gebeurde in het zwembad en bij de bar van het zwembad kunnen ze niet tellen.

Travelling party: Young couple

Liked - SAN Marino is nice place and highly recommend to stay for 1-2 days
Disliked - Reception - no info regarding camp, 3 showers for whole camp = not enough, we reserve place regarding photo, but reality was different. You dont have any pitch. First time they want to gave us place far away from everything and on the place looks like parking place, after some arguments, they gave us normal place. You cant park near to your tent. If you come with tent you have the worst place in the camp. I will never give this camp 4 stars, max 2.

considering the size of site, only three toilets and showers, totally inadequate for the amount of people using the facilities. One toilet out of order in the men’s. Men’s toilet and shower closed at 8.45 a.m. for cleaning.

Liked - Ideally situated to spend a day or two exploring San Marino. Bus stops in the campsite to take you up to the historical old town. Facilities clean and plenty of hot water.
Disliked - Some of the showers are very small. Shop and swimming pool were closed when we were there in late September.
