Great base for exploring beautiful Cordoba on foot. Friendly welcome, quiet at night, excellent showers and close to Aldi and Carrefour. Not interested in ACSI card, Wi-fi very poor and facilities need modernising.

Great location for visiting Córdoba, easy walk into the city. Campsite itself is nothing special, tight pitches, rock hard sandy surface, no bar, pool not open late June. Reception pleasant and easy going, choose your own pitch, location to beautiful city of Córdoba makes up for any shortcomings. Would recommend for a couple of nights only.

This campsite is perfectly located for walking into Cordoba. There is also a nearby bus service but the walk only takes 15 minutes. Cycling is possible but there is a lack of cycle racks in the city. A beautiful historic city including the famous Mezquita (mosque/cathedral) which displays the most stunning architecture imaginable. This city is an absolute “must“ when visiting Spain. Unfortunately, whilst the site itself is wonderfully located, it has a monopoly and in consequence is resting on his laurels and not re-investing in the facilities. The pictures are narrow and everywhere is a little bit scruffy making the charges appear very expensive. Nevertheless a safe and convenient location.

I agree with other reviewers regarding the cost, especially if you are coming here from Seville as we were. Camping in the old port, bang in the centre of Seville, is just €15 a night, with all amenities including electric. The price here might be justified if the amenities were not desperately in need of refurbishment. I would describe the facilities as just about adequate, clean but primitive.

Shabby, scruffy, tired. Extortionate price! Reasonable staff, clean toilets and hot showers in very old block. Yes 20 min walk to Córdoba but completely ripped off on price. Will not be returning

Well laid our site with defined pitches. Best pitches for large motorhomes are 50-66, across the bridge and straight on. All facilities adequate and well placed for bus to city centre €1.30 for adults. Very noisy during the day from schools playing loud kids music.

I don't really understand the poor rating for this campsite. It's hardly extortionate, even favourable compared to other city campsites so central. The toilets were always clean, with taps and showers where you controlled the water flow, not those spring loaded pain-in-the-ass faucets. Toilet paper AND soap provided. Luxury. Pitches were shady and of reasonable size. Decent wifi throughout the campsite. Pool on site. And it's 2km walk to Córdoba old town. What more do you want.

This site is well placed for access to Cordoba. There are buses into the city from outside the entrance and it is about 30 minutes walk. Reception staff are friendly. Only cash is accepted for payment. There is a Carrefour supermarket close by. Facilities are quite dated and not too well kept. Hot water takes a long time to run, if at all. We only stopped one night, the site does not tempt you to linger. The restaurant was not open when we were here. This site is quite expensive for what you get.

Apart from the convenience of getting into Córdoba, their wasn't much to rate this site as it was (compared to others in Spain) expensive (no ACSI discount) particularly as the pool had closed and the facilities were pretty basic. Washing facilities were clean and ok, but no hand wash or toilet paper supplied, so again overpriced for what was on offer.

I only gave it this place middle ranking and that may have been overly generous. Others have complained about the price and mediocre facilities and while that is true, what other city as lovely as Cordoba has a camping facility of any description at any price so near the city centre?.....none that I know of
"Perfect for a visit to Córdoba. The pitches are rather small and the roads to the campsite provide limited manoeuvring space for large caravans."
