Great campsite only 13k from Marbella and 20k from Fengerola. Sloping site with terraced pitches and tarmac roads. Shower blocks are newly refurbished with nice hot showers and clean toilets. Plenty of shower blocks too. Water and electric points everywhere, loads of pitches have both on them. Lots on site for all ages, great indoor and outdoor pools. We have a 7m motorhome with a 4m trailer hooked up and no access issues at all. Cafe and 3 restaurants on site all with very friendly, happy staff who always want to help you. To sum up. Easy to get on and pitch up. Good size pitches with lots of shade. Staff are great. Location is good and close to the beach. What\'s not to like? Chris & Lyn. UK.

This site was very well organised - two great pools and good facilities for toilets, showers and chemical toilet cleaning. Staff were excellent and couldn\'t have been more helpful. We stayed for around 5 weeks and got a good discount. Only thing we didn\'t like was how close some pitches were to each other and some of the British visitors spending 3-6 months there were very cliquish and made us feel we didn\'t belong. Not sure we\'d go again.

great location some pitches are small and roads can be tight for a large caravan outfits.
toilets are good but really need knocking down and rebuilding they tried to refurish but very badly. Can be very noisy night at weekends with Spanish. Always full for the winter. Even with the down side we will keep coming back.

The staff at this Campsite have always been able to find me a pitch, even at short notice

I would stay here only because of the Da Bruno restaurant. Nice campsite, ok toilets etc. And if you walk to the beach it\\\'s very beautiful area there.
Thank you so much por your comment. We hope to see you again next time. All of our time try to do the best for our guest every day. Kind regards

This is a very friendly site staff cannot do enough for you. Toilets and showers need updating. Water was always hot. Pitches some are a little small and under trees. Laundry facilities are dated and very poor. The A7 is a death road to drive on and you certainly wouldn't cycle on it. Not a place if your a cyclist.

Good: Great location near Málaga, great camping all year season. Fully crowded, even in November. Full of senior people (british, mostly) and kind staff.
Bad: Full of wild cats. Pitches full of cat poo. Literally. We have to clean several poo from our shoes. Not acceptable. Will not go back again. ACSI new reservation system doesn't work for them. Don't trust.

If you like to feel ripped off when using wifi, this is the place for you: €3. 50 for one hour's usage. If using the bar it's free, but the system doesn't like iPads and iPhones. You sign in using FB and that, plus some mail, is all you get. Second time in there and nothing, couldn't even log in. The Italian restaurant on the site is very good with starters, starting at 14€ for a bowl of soup. Portions were good and the service good too. You tend to feel underdressed if you walk in wearing your relaxing camping clothes. The port and its surroundings are excellent and a short, though somewhat hilly walk from the site. The site is looking tired but has a brisk turnaround as its one of only a few in the Marbella area. Toilets are clean though in need of some paint on the inner doors as graffiti artists have visited. The, reported elsewhere, cats were not a problem however. I was told that this is because a lady on one of the pitches feeds them so they stay around that pitch! All very well unless you are next door! The cats of course, when well fed, will soon multiply so the solution is not to feed them even if you are a cat lover! Pitches were a good size but sloping and the only ones left for short stay campers were in the shade which will be needed in the summer ! The pool was nice and there were plenty of organised activities.

This is the second time we have stayed on this site. We intended to stay only a couple of nights but have ended up spending three weeks! Toilets and showers are clean and hot water is available all the time. There are a lot of cats but if you don't bother them - they tend not to bother you. Pitches are available in full sun, semi shade and full shade. Shop offerings are minimal but serve the purpose. Bus service from very close by is good and cheap.

Too many cats! I like cats and have had pet cats at home before but there is a reason they call the cats that occupy campsites in Spain "Street Cats". They are not domestic pets but feral wild cats. Despite a notice on the site information leaflet saying "Fines For Feeding Cats" the idiot English woman on the pitch next to us was feeding them. She had cat food bowls outside her awning and also fed them scraps directly. Because of this our pitch was constantly swamped with anywhere up to 7 cats at a time. Despite the threat of fines this was clearly not being policed. The final straw was when my partner got cat poo on her shoe and unfortunately walked it into our motorhome. The smell was horrendous and we had to remove all our carpets and clean them. On an evening after being fed the flea bitten street cats slept it off on the sun beds around the pool which were then occupied by holiday makers the following day. We mentioned it to the crazy cat woman on pitch E02 that was feeding the cats and received a torrent of fowl language for our trouble. When we arrived the staff on duty were excellent but on the morning we left the young Spanish lady really gave the impression she didn't want to be there and everything was a force effort. Because of her attitude we nearly didn't mention the cat problem but after having taken our money without a smile I decided to tell her we would be putting a review on ACSI saying too many cats and that the woman on E 2 was feeding them. She barely looked up, made no comment but did write down E2! Some may say we should have mentioned it during our stay but we were there on holiday and not there to police the site. The only other problem to report was a drunk English guy at the bar one evening who claimed to some people he was arguing with that if they all went to reception the next morning to complain about him they would be thrown off because he had a caravan there all year and the site wanted his money! The bar staff continued to serve him despite the fact he was clearly drunk and causing trouble. I think the site cleaning, toilet cleaning, bin emptying etc is done by contractors so the site staff aren't aware of anything that goes on beyond the reception. The Italian & Indian just off the site were very good. Nice area and good for bus to Marbella and Fungerola (spelt wrong) Could be an excellent site with only a little effort.
