Great place to spend some days with your loved ones surrounded by the beautiful wild life and a river that makes you want to dive right in

Definitely one of the best sites we have stayed on. Good sized pitches and easy access. The food was really good and value for money. I have to say the staff on this site are amazing so helpful and always smiling and would love to give a higher rating if it was possible.

Super campsite. Great restaurant. Friendly very helpful staff. Quite a long walk/cycle to a supermarket. Taxi into Salamanca 30 euros return.

Brilliant campsite, great VFM. WiFi was initially a struggle to get on but worked from our van well. Great access to Salamanca and a beautiful walking path along the river which goes on for miles. Fantastic on site restaurant which is frequented more by the locals so booking is essential. Tip - if you don\'t want to be continually cleaning, pick a spot under fewer trees

This site is lovely, small pitches but easy enough to get into for our 7m motor home. The staff were very friendly and helpful with local area information and details about the restaurant which we did not visit. Getting into the lovely town was easy on bikes along a good cycle route.

Great little campsite on the outskirts of Salamanca. This is the third tone this year we\'ve used it on our journey south / north.
Makes a great break for a couple of days.
I\'d you eat in the restaurant then go for the paella, you won\'t be disappointed.
We will return for a couple of days on our way north in October.

We drove here direct from Santander heading for Porto in a motorhome. An easy 3.5 hours. The site is about 12 minutes from the A62. You do have to go through a small town to get to the site however it is relatively straightforward with either a motorhome or caravan. It was May so did not book. Ruth on reception spoke perfect English and was very welcoming. We chose our own pitch. Pitches are well laid out under trees or on open ground..All had electric hook up which worked fine. There is a modern toilet block with plenty of showers which was spotlessly clean when we visited. Very good facilities for grey waste, water and toilet emptying. We ate in the restaurant one night. Probably best to book the day before. The menu was mainly steak, chicken fish or burgers. Paella was available so long as you booked the day before. Our food was excellent as was the service. Interestingly the bar was very popular with the locals which is a good sign.We cycled into Salamanca. A truly amazing city which is very compact and definitely worth visiting on your way south. There is a cycle path from the campsite along the river right to the Roman Bridge just outside the old town. It is about 5 miles and is an easy 45 minutes mainly on the level. There were bike parking spaces by the Roman Bridge and we had no security problems. You pay on leaving the campsite.

Swimming pool was closed site facilities was good. Nice large pitches great cycling to Salamanca but be aware of the route from the site…. read your map that your given on entry otherwise you will ride on the main road which is not good and you’ll end in the wrong part of the city. The cathedral is fantastic so beautiful well worth the visit. The food on the site is good and reasonable priced. I would like to return one day because as it has everything..pity the pool wasn’t open.

Nice overnight stay on the way North to Santander. The weather was very wet but most of the site was well-drained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good access to Salamanca by bicycle even if we got wet! Would certainly use again
