Camping Eucaliptus is situated on the Mediterranean Sea, on the edge of the unique natural area of the Ebro Delta. This is an ideal location for both sun worshippers and naturalists. The wide and quiet beach is also in close proximity. The sea is suitable for sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and waterskiing.
Enjoying the shade
The compact grounds are very well maintained and numerous eucalyptus trees provide ample shade. The pitches are laid out in rows, partly on grass and partly on sand. If you prefer to rent accommodation, you can opt for a bungalow. The rental accommodation is situated on the boundary of the camping site, near the large pond.
Under the palm trees
The rectangular swimming pool looks glorious. It is surrounded by a sunbathing lawn with ornamental shrubs and palm trees. Toddlers can splash around in a separate round pool. You can relax on the sun loungers in the shade of a Mediterranean palm tree. The covered terrace of the restaurant is located adjacent to the swimming pool.
Prefer the sea? You do not have to walk far; the long sandy beach and the Mediterranean Sea are only 500 m away. You can reach the beach via a wooden deck.
Clowns and canoe trips
Children can enjoy themselves in the playground, on the sports field and at the table tennis tables. In peak season there is a varied entertainment programme for young and old, from a clown and dance performances to diving lessons in the swimming pool, windsurfing lessons in the sea and canoe trips.
Eating on a cosy terrace
You can eat fine meals in the restaurant with a small menu (Catalanian cuisine). It has a convivial terrace with a bar bordering the sunbathing lawn.

Beach situated at least 100 meters
You\'ll wonder where you are going as you head deep into the delta (with blues playing, of course), but it is worth it. The beach is a secret that the Spanish people don\'t tell to many people - open, empty, well accessible, surrounded by the green of the rice paddies and the blue mountains. Quite beautiful.
The site itself is level and well laid out. Good size pitches, some able to accommodate a 9m motorhome, all marked and numbered, with plenty of shade. Good toilet and wash facilities, although laundry expensive(detergent included).
Good size pool with lifeguard and nice surroundings, and large kids play area.
Restaurant and bar very good indeed, but a bit expensive. Reasonable site shop.
While we were there, Spanish families turned up en masse for Friday and Saturday nights. End result - very lively and great atmosphere, but noisy until 2pm on site and distant music until 5pm in the village. Thereafter very tranquil
Shotguns or bird scaring devices at all hours of day and night.
Not much going in the village, although Bar/Restaurant Eucaliptus is worth a visit.
Fantastic location just a couple of minutes from a long sandy beach. No problem with taking the dog onto the beach, lots of others there. Clients were almost entirely Spanish during our visit, a little noisy at times but not a real problem.
Friendly, helpful, English speaking staff at reception. Initially we were directed to a pitch that was a little short for our 8.5m motorhome but the staff were very helpful in finding us a better one. Those with larger units would be advised to check the pitch first and negotiating a larger one if needed. When we decided to stay longer, we were initially told it wasn't possible then they found us a pitch directly opposite we could move to. Clean toilets and showers, good restaurant/bar with free wifi. Interesting area. We would return.
This site was perfect for visiting the nature reserve and we had a great time cycling around the area and birdwatching - glossy ibis and flamingos were the highlights for us. The campsite had basic but clean toilet facilities and there was a good bar/restaurant on site. The nearby beach is a bit bare, families will probably prefer the small pool. There are lots of insects in the evening, so slap on the repellant if you want to site out.
