Delighted we found this site, it is down a single lane way, and trees are mature to get around but all worth it. It’s a quite , well established site , with access to the Mediterranean Sea through site gate, stoney but beautiful. Cycle to Dènia easy and many small restaurants on the way. Shower block spotless and WiFi worked wonderfully for us.
Fantastic site. Spotlessly clean toilets and showers. Lovely friendly staff. Close to sea. We will be back for sure.
We love this place but it is not ACSI although on their app it isn't in the book. Check price. Nice promenade to Denia about 3k.
We really liked this site and it's a hidden gem on the coast. Not at all like a holiday camp, which is typical of sites in Spain, so may not appeal to those who need entertainment. Excellent position to visit Denia and surrounding areas. Great cycling and walking. Would definitely recommend and return. No great problems with the Internet, or at least, no worse than most Spanish sites.
This site is set among trees and is difficult for high motorhomes to move around, but once in place it is fine. The main problem is the WiFi which is available over the site but is of no use to man nor beast as it will work four fifteen minutes then just stop for the next hour. When sites are reviewed the quality of the internet should be reported. It is no good having intermittent internet. We are moving on tomorrow after two days to find better internet. Sad as we would have liked to have stayed but cannot face time my grand kids.
A Pleasant Spanish site quiet Rustic site, in amongst the trees, shaded and non-shaded. Very close to the Mediterranean. Though a bit rocky to enter for a swim, so be careful if there is a swell in the water.
Hot water, showers and for dish washing, a nice little bar/restaurant quite close by and overlooking the Med., well worth the visit will be back in the future I hope
If you want peace and quiet this is the place. Direct access to a pebbly beach but great for swimming. Wonderful promenade walk in either direction. 3k to Denia and nearest supermarket. Very old site with great toilet facilities but little else. Bar where you can get bread daily. Nice size pitches.
In our experience most Spanish campsites are either like holiday camps or glorified car parks, so this was a real find as it is neither. It is a small, friendly rustic site to the south of Denia. The pitches are separated by trees and tropical plants and there is a wonderful tranquil rocky cove just outside where you can watch the crystal clear waters lapping the rocks. You can walk along the promenade into Denia in around 40 minutes or take a bus from the top of the lane outside the Hotel Montgo. The site provides bread and croissants to order from 9am all year round and has a little outside bar open mornings and late afternoon. The laundry has excellent laundry sinks and three large capacity washing machines. There was a good mixture of nationalities on site and the long winter stayers were friendly, welcoming and not cliquey. Far better than a rally. We stayed two weeks and would have liked to stay longer. Excellent value for money. Wouldn't recommend arriving after dark as the approach is down a narrow lane and the access to pitches is compressed stone which can be uneven in places.
