The Devesa Gardens resort is situated to the south of Valencia, close to the Mediterranean Sea, between pine forests and rice fields. Valencia, with an abundance of sights to see, is just a fifteen-minute drive away. In addition, there is a bus stop for the bus to Valencia opposite the camping site. The site is on the edge of the Albufera nature park featuring a wonderful lake and a range of water and songbirds.
Well maintained camping pitches
Devesa Gardens Resort is situated on a well maintained site with modern buildings and lovely trees. The camping pitches and bungalows give a well maintained impression. The pitches are large and in a quiet setting. All camping pitches have a good demarcation and you have the choice of pitches with and without shade. Sun canopies are available for the camping pitches during the summer.
The camping site features nicely-furnished bungalows with a wonderful view over the vast rice fields. The newest bungalows are close to the restaurant.
Water fun for ten!
The camping site has a lovely swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn, featuring umbrellas, parasols and several loungers. The swimming paradise features many slides. The camping site has direct access to the Albufera lake, which means that you can take a boat trip along the rice fields from the camping site. The beach is within walking distance.
The camping site boasts a fabulous large terrace, a nice bar and an extensive menu. It has been well-equipped and serves traditional Spanish food such as paella, among other dishes. There is plenty of choice for kids too. The small supermarket is relatively well-stocked and contains everything you need to make a meal.

If you have got kids with you - great site. New Jurassic Park area; Farm area; large pool and next to huge lake that you can be taken round in resort boat. Fabulous restaurant serving Spanish food - try the squid ink Paella. Road noise but only if you have a pitch close to it. Shop looks well stocked. Would defo stay again.
We stayed here for two nights the pitch was good and boundaries were well set out. Toilets and showers were fab but it was busy and one of the toilet blocks were shut causing a cue. Internet connection is high on my list as travel and work online a lot, the connection was good when we first arrived but as soon as the camp filled up connection was low almost to the point of not working, I would of stayed longer then two nights only for this. There is a bus service right outside the gate that took u to Valencia for a small price bargain. The staff in the office were most helpful it was just a shame the bar and restaurant staff weren't as attentive as getting served can be a problem, so my suggestion would be go to bar yourself. There was plenty to do and lots of lovely walks, apart from service the food and drink were good and reasonably priced. The little shop on site was quite well stocked and the swimming pools look good, I would say good for families enjoyed our stay and would return.
Excellent campsite which is ideal for a day visit to Valencia, bus stops outside and only 1.5 Euro each way. Everything very clean and tidy with first class facilities especially for children. I would highly recommend this site. Friendly reception staff.
Nice camp in the middle of nowhere. lots of mosquitoes (near is a lake). In the night is quit loud because there is a ZOO inside of the camp and the roosters are singing. Restaurant is very dirty and in my country would get closed by the inspection in a couple of days.
Unfortunately our visit coincided with some improvement works and the only available pitches were in the rear part of the site with no hot water in the toilets. In addition the local rice farmers were using bird detterents 24 hours a day so it was rather like living in a war zone, sleeping was impossible. We really wanted to visit Valencia and this site is very convenient for the city but unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here.
Lovely location, rear pitches very scenic & quiet. Off road cycle paths & beach nearby. Beautiful scenic location with fabulous plant & bird life. Canal borders rear of site, pity canoeing isn't permitted, a lost opportunity! Quite convenient to Valencia & Albufera National Park. Will be back.
Stayed for 5 days mid March. Great location for visiting Valencia as bus stop directly outside site. Cannot remember exact fare but v reasonable. Pool etc closed so cannot comment. Fresh bread available which was good. Good sized level pitch
This site had no reviews so a bit reluctant to go there. It's the best site I have been to yet in Spain. I have nothing negative to say about this site. It ticks all the boxes
This is winter review. Stayed 7 nights over Xmas/New Year 2015/6. Plenty of helpful staff, quiet, mini zoo, horse riding, kids play area away from pitches, popular resturant and bar available on site. Site supermarket closed in winter, but some basic stuff available in reception area - (otherwise supermarket 5km in next village) Nice new heated shower block. (others being upgraded this winter). Frequent bus into Valencia from main gate. 10amp electric, and good WiFi all over site. Site entrance and internal road a bit tight but everyone managed OK with average length motorhomes and caravans.
