We arrived late, as previsted. But we found one of the staff waiting to help us find the pitch and to see if we needed anything from him. This was our third time in this camp site. We enjoyed the traditional band party with traditional food and drink at reasonable prices. As for the surrounding,,,,,, it\'s incredibly nice. Anywhere you go there are fantastic views to enjoy.

Don't be fulled by the location. Indeed top location. we were stunned once entered the valley. Waited already to get to this recommended campsite.
However was extremely offended when were 'welcomed' by a very rude guy.
The kids already stepped out and enjoyed the place. This guy saw us, maybe didn't like the new guests/kids/origin, approached us from his car window telling us to follow him to the pitch. We followed. He drove almost outside of the camp to a one with poor location comparing to the other available ones they had. When i asked if we can stay closer to the entrance, he didn't want to elaborate why not. said 'he has his reasons' 'doesn't need to discuss that with me'...
I was shocked. Was asking why he is behaving and talking like that. Why this energy?
Offended we left. We are traveling for 2 weeks with a motorhome in Europe, no one was rude that way. So no matter how beautiful the place is, they do not own the view. And people will not pay to be treated like that.
So stay away and spend your money on places who deserve it. there are plenty around.

Yes, this campground is costly; however, well worth the cost. We stayed 4 nights, it was quiet over night which meant my baby slept! Hallelujah! The falls right next to your campground, the spotless bathrooms, excellent playground, kids room, family bathing, dog shower, excellent restaurant, extremely friendly and helpful staff, hikes and train access right near camp, and the largest camp space we've had (with caravan)...we will be back again and again! This place is breathtaking and all the amenities made it worthwhile. They have groceries onsite. The food was really good though. Oh and for dog owners, you can have 2 dogs! We brought out two labs. They rode the train and cable cars up the mountain with us, too--for free!

Lauterbrunnen is an incredible place and this campsite maximizes this. Views of the valley and the waterfalls from your pitch and a short walk to many attractions and transport options to more. Bit expensive but it's worth the money. The folk night on the Saturday night was interesting for a lot of people, only complaint is that it was loud till late which wouldn't normally be a problem but we had an early start for the long drive home.

Stunning camping site and facilities. Overwelming surroundings. Price a litle over the edge. Will return every time in Switzerland.

Camping Jungfrau is expensive for what it is, and can get overcrowded in peak times. We carried on 2-kilometres, just past the Trummelbach Falls, to Camping Breithorn. A friendly, clean, well-run site, with electric hook-up, shop and very clean and modern shower and toilet facilities at a fraction of the cost of Camping Jungfrau.
