We found the people running the campground to be quite unfriendly. The pitches were very close to the rail tracks and as there was a train every 5 or 6 mins it was quite noisy.
Facilities were not that good, if one was at the far end of the campground it was a hike to the toilet and showers. The ladies shower facilities had a clear glass window so privacy was not good, also nowhere to place cloths in the shower area so you had to put them outside on a stool. with men walking by it was not the best situation.
Also throughout our travels we found it to be excessively expensive for a pitch as you were charged per person, plus pitch, plus electricity and the facilities did not meet expectations at all.
We were traveling by train and this site was the closest to the station. As my wife and I are early risers, the train noise was not a problem. Site selection was simple and straight forward, and the restrooms were adequate, and check in simple and straight forward. If our travels take us back here we will stay here again.
I have seen this site referred to as 'ruhig' and also another reviewer here states the train noise is not a problem. Well don't stay on a Friday or Saturday night then! Because the trains run throughout the night and in the silence of a mountain valley the noise is incredible and very disturbing. The site is not just next to the train line, but the approach to the station, so you get brake noise as well as normal train noise. Not to mention the alarm from the train crossing barrier. And remember you have both the mainline Gotthardbahn trains and the local shuttle in both directions from 6 am every day....of course, I was in a tent - maybe those of you in your large moving palaces on wheels will not find it so bad :)
