"Beautiful terraced campsite with marked-out and paved pitches surrounded by trees and beautiful views of Lake Derwent. 30 minutes walk to the centre of Keswick and close to Castlerigg circle, a 4000-year-old monument. Beautiful surroundings. Many walking and swimming opportunities. There are boats for rent at Derwent lake."

Travelling party: Seniors

An attractive and well-run site, with fine views over Derwentwater (but not from all pitches). The Castlerigg Stone Circle (worth seeing) is within walking distance, but Keswick town centre is not (unless you\'re a lot fitter than I am!).
