Burgstaller Komfort Campingpark is a fully equipped campsite on Lake Millstatt in Austria. It is a paradise for people of all ages and is aimed primarily at families with children. The campsite arranges everything, including ghost tours and hikes through the countryside, plus there is also an 'Indian forest'. Children can have fun in a real pirate ship — the cannons are fired once every hour. Adults can have fun at one of the many dance evenings, enjoy some live music or party away at the disco.

Rotating camping pitch

The pitches on this campsite are fully equipped and include a television connection, WiFi, fresh water and electricity. The campsite features a special camping pitch, referred to as 'Platze an der Sonne' ('Place in the sun'). This pitch has been constructed on a rotating panel which turns throughout the day to face the sun. That way, your pitch will always enjoy a sunny spot! Please note that if you travel with in a tent or a motorhome, you are not allowed to book the 'Platze an der Sonne'. This is due to the surface of the pitch.

Wherever you camp, you will never have far to walk for a refreshing dip: Lake Millstatt is located on the other side of the road of the campsite. The lake has play equipment for children, including a water slide, trampoline and sandpit on the shore.

A variety of activities

You can take part in a variety of activities on the campsite. Why not partake in some rejuvenation in the peat bogs, or hunt for pomegranate stones? In the evenings, the restaurants are transformed into events spaces for dancing, football and playback shows.

Wir kommen seit Jahren auf den Komfort Campingpark Burgstaller, es ist wie ein zweites zu Hause. Die Kinder lieben es dort, sie sind den ganzen Tag unterwegs (sie können bedenkenlos alleine rumstromern) und da bekommen auch die Eltern mal Ruhe und Erholung. Die Sanitäranlagen sind der Wahnsinn. Jedesmal ein wahres Abenteuer

Arndt und sein Team sind einfach klasse!! Die geben sich alle immer so viel Mühe um es uns Gästen schön zu machen. Der Platz, sowie der Strand sind absolute Spitzenklasse!! Camping Burgstaller ist außergewöhnlich, die Sanitäranlagen sind der Hammer und der Platz ist super. Der Zugang zum See ist durch mehrere strandbäder kostenlos möglich. Hier kann man vom normalen Schwimmen bis zum Wasserski, Bootsfahrten, rutschen und springen alles erleben. Die Berge sind zu Fuß erreichbar, es fahren auch Busse damit das Auto stehen bleiben kann. Restaurants sind überall an jeder Ecke. Einkaufen auf und vorm Platz möglich. Fahrräder kann man kostenlos bekommen. Der Besitzer und Personal immer freundlich. Die Kinder sind im Paradies, auch gibt es Animation und ein Indianerdorf welches man per bimmelbahn (Burgstaller express/Zug) erreicht. Einfach Top
