Recreatieoord Wilhelm Tell is a camp site in Opglabbeek (Limburg, Belgium). The camp site has pitches which are marked out and pitches without shade.

It is possible to rent mobile homes and apartments. The camp site has a playground and an indoor playground.

Het sanitair is oud, vies en krap. Douchen/warm water nog met muntjes en dat in 2011???? Campeerprijs is ook al aan de hoge kant. Het "zwemparadijs" met erg koud water ook zwaar verouderd en overbevolkt door scoutinggroepen en andere externe gasten, weinig plek voor de campinggast. Niet echt exclusief! Restaurant/bar nodigt alles behalve uit gezellig te eten of te drinken, het lijkt meer op een voetbalkantine. Er is 4 maal wekelijkse bingo voor alleen externe gasten. De toegang tot de camping is zo krap dat je bang bent voor beschadiging aan auto of caravan. Uitgerekend daar is de zandbak voor jonge kinderen. De 'binnenspeeltuin' is een hokje met klim attributen. Niets voor kids van 11+. Het personeel is wel zeer vriendelijk. Meest positieve is Pepe De Clown. Fantastisch wat die man allemaal doet voor de CAMPINGgasten. Door de perfect opgezette website wordt men ernstig misleid. Om- en beschrijvingen kloppen gewoonweg niet. Zeer teleurstellende camping langs drukke weg met o.a. landbouwvoertuigen.

Tja, de directie is erg geldbelust inderdaad. Voor koelblokken in de vriezer moet 50 cent per keer per blok betaald worden, terwijl de tentplek inclusief elektra is, niet goedkoop dus en wij niets verbruikten. Douches en afwaswater extra betalen. Sanitair onder de maat. Veel straaljagerlawaai 's avonds laat. Veel geparkeerde auto's vlak voor de ingang (niet nodig) van logerende gastarbeiders. Hondenuitlaat op terrein zelf. Het viel op dat het personeel niet blij en ontspannen was, men deed wel zijn/haar best om vriendelijk te zijn. Raad aan de directie: wordt wat klantvriendelijker! Op deze manier hoeft het voor ons niet. De omgeving is echter prachtig met al die fiets- en wandelpaden.

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de camping wilhelm tell.de kinderen waren zeer tevreden
en pepe de clown is ook een graag geziene gast. Het leek wel elke dag feest.

Te commercieel. Voor douches en afwaswater moet betaald worden. Er zijn slechts twee douches in het toiletgebouw en twee buiten bij het zwembad en dat is dus veel te weinig. Ook is er slechts een afwasbak voor de vaat. De toegang is krap en dan staan er ook nog links en rechts auto,s geparkeerd terwijl er een poort is waar je rechtstreeks het kampeerveld op kunt rijden, doe die dan even open. Je moet het volledige verblijf op de camping vooraf voldoen en pinnen is niet mogelijk. De clown pepe is het enige positieve.
