Gezellige camping onder beheer van gemoedelijke eigenaren. Op de camping verblijven voor het grootste deel Fransen, aangevuld met voornamelijk Nederlands kampeerders die bewust voor de Franse sfeer van deze camping kiezen. De camping organiseert leuke activiteiten waaraan vaak veel mensen meedoen. Het restaurant ziet eruit als een eenvoudige sportkantine, echter er worden fantastisch lekker (lokale) gerechten geserveerd tegen lage prijzen. De chefkok runt ook een winkel in lokale gevogelte specialiteiten (eend). Op de camping is een klein zwembad, verder is de zee op 15 min rijden. Daarnaast is op 5 min rijden een groot zoetwater meer met bewaakt strand en diverse voorzieningen. (o.a. bootverhuur) Dit meer is zeer aan te raden. Voor uitstapjes is er in de nabij omgeving niet veel te vinden, hiervoor moet men naar Bordeaux of Dune de Pilat, of anders richting Spanje/Biaritz
