Camping Goudal is a charming campsite in the forested countryside of Languedoc-Rousillon. Here, you wake up to fresh baguettes, croissants and pains au chocolat, after which you can play outside, swim and build sandcastles endlessly. The surrounding area is quiet but there is plenty to do for people who like peace, adventurers and families with children.

Warm welcome

You are welcomed by the enthusiastic Belgian owners, who like to keep the campsite natural and welcome guests of all nationalities. During the high season, it is mainly families with young children who camp here. In the low season, mainly seniors and couples without children come here to enjoy the quiet camping life. Camping Goudal also offers chalets and furnished tents as accommodation options.

Jump in the swimming pool or the lake

With a natural lake and a swimming pool measuring 100 m2, there is no lack of water fun here. The sandy beach is a lovely place for relaxing, and children can get into the water on a slide. When you've finished swimming, join in with activities organised by the entertainment team or grab a seat on Bistro Goudal's lovely patio. In the high season, you can enjoy pizzas from the stone oven, mussels with chips, boeuf bourguignon and much more at the Bistro!

Excursions

Camping Goudal is ideal for those seeking quiet but who also like to go on excursions without the bustle of mass tourism. There are stunning walking and mountain bike routes in the immediate vicinity. You can go to the sea for day (90 km), explore the Minervois wine region (70 km) or visit the picturesque medieval village of Minerve (55.5 km).

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - Very relaxed atmosphere with 2 friendly hosts. Enough activities to do in the surrounding like little villages and lakes with aqua activities. Sanitary is basic but clean. Large tent spots! The camping lies at 750m so in the summer the temparatures are nice. Not too hot.
We destressed in no time.
