Liked - The site and and its facilities were clean, and it's well laid out and generally quiet with lots of welcome shade proved by numerous trees, and with a welcome heated pool. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Quercyland water park next door is an added bonus, although their water slides and pool were closed temporarily during most of our visit, due to a fire. There is a river beach 500m from the site but we didn't make it there.
Disliked - The WiFi was very slow most of the time; and it was sometimes not possible to connect with the login page. The paper in the toilets was frequently unavailable as some guests must manage to tear it in such a way that it disappears inside the dispenser, presumably due to the design - it's definitely advisable to keep a roll of toilet paper in case of emergencies!

Liked - Modern, clean and well equipped accommodation in a pleasant location.
Good response from staff when problems arose.
Disliked - Grassed areas needed cutting. We arrived during a heat wave and refrigerator could not cope with conditions for first day.
Pack of bedding and towels pre-ordered were not automatically delivered to accommodation and we had to return to reception to ask for and collect the packages.

Liked - Reception staff, cafe & bar
Disliked - Speedo type swim shorts only. British teenage boys just don't wear them, and its not really helpful when it was 41 degrees!

Lovely village nearby and access to the river. The pool area is nice but didn’t use as weather not sunny on our visit.
