Camping La Promenade is located just a few steps from the banks of the Loire, in the village of Montjean-sur-Loire. Under the watchful eye of the cathedral of Montjean-sur-Loire, which towers above the surrounding area, you camp on a terrain with many spacious and delimited touring pitches. For a cultural day out, get on your bike to go to one of the many castles close to the Loire.

Well-maintained campsite
A pebble path takes you to your camping pitch or rental accommodation, set among tall trees and delimited by green hedges. The terrain looks beautiful, as do the around twenty bungalows, lodge tents and chalets. The touring pitches are in the vast majority: with its one hundred and fifty pitches, this is a real campsite for campers travelling in tents, folding trailers, caravans or motorhomes.
Nice to stay on the Loire
It is nice to stay on the Loire, where the beach is wide and the water calm. Because of the calm character of the river, bathing is also an option for smaller children. To get to the river you have to cross the road and walk through a park (with picnic benches and playground equipment). Also for the swimming pool of the campsite you have to cross a small road. The pool is located on the side of the terrain and has a paddling pool next to it.
Modern sanitary facilities
At the entrance of La Promenade, across from the reception, is the toilet block. Here you can make use of modern sanitary facilities. They are clean and also easily accessible for the disabled.
