Between Dijon and Lyon, on a small lake, is Camping Domaine de Mépillat. On this rural terraced campsite you'll find spacious, flat touring pitches delimited by hedges. The new outdoor swimming pool is situated in full sunshine. You can go fishing in the lake adjacent to the campsite. Because of its location, this campsite is also very suitable for campers travelling south.

Sunny pitch
Camping Domaine de Mépillat has 92 flat touring pitches on grass, surrounded by hedges and shrubs. You can choose between a sunny pitch or one with shade. Because the terrain is a bit sloping, terraces have been created. A small lake is directly adjacent to the campsite. The campsite has several special rental accommodations, such as a traditional Mongolian yurt or a teepee chalet.
Swimming and fishing
Next to the main building, in full sun, a new swimming pool has recently been constructed. It is a simple, unheated outdoor swimming pool that is proportional to the size of the campsite which is on the small side. You can't swim in the lake right next to the campsite. But you can throw out your fishing rod.
Sunny terrace
In the main building, near the swimming pool, you will find the bar and restaurant. There is a cosy terrace where you can sit at a table in the sun or in the shade. In the morning a varied breakfast is served, and during the day you can enjoy a drink or an ice cream. The restaurant consists of a snack bar and a pizzeria. In the evening you can go there for a simple meal (can also be picked up).
