Camping in a green valley with two beautiful lakes nearby. You can at the Champ Tillet Campsite in Marlens, a village in the green, hilly east of France. The plus points of the campsite are the two swimming pools, the restaurant and the animation programme. Lake Annecy is just a ten-minute drive away.

Camping in nature

At this flat campsite, you can camp beautifully among the trees. The more than 100 touring pitches are large (80-110m2) and are on a grassy surface. And those who book a spot at Champ Tillet Campsite will be camping with a view of the mountains. After all, here you are on the edge of the Parc Naturel Régional du Massif du Bauges.

Those who come without camping equipment have the choice of dozens of caravans and some bungalows. There are also lodge tents and hiker's huts for rent. The hut on stilts is quite special. You have power there, but no water. So, it's a little extra adventure.

Animation and sporting entertainment

In high season, there is entertainment for the whole family at least twice a week. Children can also play by themselves in the playgrounds, which include a trampoline and a bouncy castle. The campsite is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes. There is also a neat bike path from the campsite to Albertville.

Fun in the water

With two pools, you have nothing to complain about here as a water lover. One of the two pools is covered, ideal if it rains. Young children enjoy a toddler pool, and older children you'll see hurtling down the slide again and again. There is also wellness available. Book an hour in the sauna, relax in the whirlpool or take a massage.

Liked - We liked the small size of camping, the pool with slides and the chalet mostly. The bakery just outside the camping is easy for morning bread/chroissants
Disliked - Maybe little more privacy around the chalet. No wifi in the chalet.

Liked - Super fijn verblijf gehad. Gemoedelijkheid, fijne plekken en sfeer. Goed zwembad, leuk medewerkers.
Disliked - De afwasplaatsten waren wat klein. Tip is wellicht om boven de wasbakken een plank te maken waarop je je afwas kwijt kan. Tip voor de receptie is dat er bij het uitchecken niet even gevraagd werd hoe we het hebben ervaren.

Liked - Nette niet al te grote camping. Ruime plaatsen en veel speelmogelijkheden voor de Kids (mooi zwembad met glijbanen, groot speelveld, speeltuin, tafeltennis en een grote tent i.g.v minder goed weer. En niet onbelangrijk schoon sanitair
Disliked - Snachts erg donker op de camping. WT extra verlichting bij de paden zou welkom zijn.

Liked - Hele mooi ruime plek, prachtig uitzicht. Lekker overzichtelijk, kinderen kunnen zelf hun gang gaan. Vanalles te doen, gelukkig meeste avonden lekker rustig op de camping! Heel leuk zwembad en glijbanen.
Disliked - wel echt veel te weinig capaciteit in de toiletgebouwen. Er moet eigenlijk misschien een gebouwtje bij, je staat best vaak in de rij voor het toilet. Ook is er in spitsuren dan in 1 vd 2 gebouwen schoonmaak waardoor het hele gebouw dicht zit. Dit zou misschien ook anders kunnen. Je hebt op het toilet ook geen privacy wat soms best vervelend is, er wordt ook vies mee omgegaan, wat zijn de toiletten soms vies!

Liked - - Eigenaren en personeel heel erg aardig en behulpzaam
- Toiletgebouwen prima, wordt ook super goed schoongehouden
- Zwembad fijn, netjes en voor de kids geweldig
- Onze plek was erg ruim
- Leuke activiteiten
- Fijne bakker voor de winkel
- Afhaal snack en pizza's erg goed! (restaurant geen gebruik van gemaakt)
Disliked - - Toiletgebouwen wel een stukje lopen vanaf bepaalde plekken op de camping
- Watertappunten langs de weggetjes prima om water te halen, echter het watertappunt waar wij gebruik van mochten maken stond achter de tent van de buren, daar ga je dan niet zo snel water halen

Liked - Fijne regio. Genoeg in de omgeving om te beleven. Ook de camping is een camping zoals het moet. Niet te veel animatie, kinderen die gewoon nog spelen samen. We hebben er een fijne tijd gehad.
Disliked - Er zou nog een sanitaire blok bij mogen komen. Het was geregeld aanschuiven bij de douches of het toilet. Het sanitair was wel altijd schoon.

Liked - The site is lovely and relaxing and feels very safe. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful. It is close to the lake and very convenient. This time we stayed in a mobile home unit which was clean, comfortable and ideal
