You will find this large campsite close to the town of Kalkar in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, just over the border with the Netherlands. Here, you camp next to a lovely recreational lake, where the campsite also has a private beach. Ferien- und Camping Park Wisseler See is also an ideal holiday address for water sports enthusiasts. Families with children also like coming here. In the high season, all kinds of fun activities are organised for children and adults. Furthermore, the campsite is only a few kilometres from the well-known Wunderland Kalkar family amusement park.

Several camping fields

Ferien- und Camping Park Wisseler See only has a few hire accommodation and many annual pitches. However, there are also large fields with tourist camping pitches. They are neatly maintained pitches of various sizes, varying from 40 to 100 m². The touring pitches are neatly demarcated. If you like to take your dog(s) camping with you, then you will be allocated a nice pitch on the Südplatz, close to the lake. The other camping fields are dog free.

Swimming, pedal boating and standup paddleboarding

This campsite's grounds lead right to the private sandy beach on the Wisseler See recreational lake. There are various water sports and recreational options. For example, pedal boating and standup paddleboarding. Furthermore, you can swim safely in a special separate section of the lake. There is also a spectacular slide by the beach.

What other entertainment does this campsite offer?

The entertainment programme is mainly aimed at (young) children. Activities include crafts, games and sports tournaments. You can also get active in the bowling alley and the sports hall.

Met hond moet je op een apart gedeelte van de camping staan. Dit betekent dat hier heel veel honden zijn. Gratis WiFi is alleen bij de receptie en restaurant voorhanden. Wel kun je tegen een forse betaling 1 of 20 Gb kopen. Echter werkt dat niet op het gedeelte van de camping bestemd voor hondeneigenaren. Muntjes voor de wasmachine waren er ook tijdelijk niet. Met hond kun je deze camping beter overslaan.
