Large, wooded grounds
The grounds of Camping Schinderhannes cover a large area. There are no less than 300 touring pitches. From the reception, you follow the gravel paths to the camping meadow where your pitch is located. There are a few trees and the perimeter is bordered by a hedge of trees and bushes. Most pitches, therefore, have a 'back cover' of green foliage. A few pitches offer a lot of shade.
Charming restaurant and fresh rolls
Motorhome owners are also welcome, either on the campsite or off the grounds. If you wish, you can rent a touring caravan. You do not have to cook yourself: at the entrance is an attractive restaurant with a menu which offers ample choice. The campsite has a small shop where you can buy essential foodstuffs and fresh bread is available in the morning.
Tennis enthusiasts and tigers
You will never get bored here. The campsite is located on a small lake. Take a good book and find yourself a spot near the water to enjoy the view. Also fun: hit a few balls around at the tennis court. The area is eminently suited for walking and cycling. The zoo in Bell with tigers and raccoons is a lot of fun for children.
