The well-know bird sanctuary and protected nature reserve Wallnau are literally around the corner. Fehmarn is one of the sunniest regions of the country with the most hours of sun. The 78 km-long coast offers a wide variety of water sports opportunities. But cyclists and walkers, too, can feast their eyes.
